“Didn’t stop you from dating her..” Tori replied, a bit of ice in her voice. Her jaw was set right when he spoke, the volume of his voice obviously bringing him closer. “You talked to me first, I was perfectly fine with not speaking. Looks you did, in fact, want to.” That was a lie, but his words hurt her so she tried to do the same. When the bell rang, she grabbed her bag and fled out of the room just so she didn’t have to deal with Maya and Tristan as well. She didn’t want to see Zig either. She continued with her classes, glad that most didn’t include her ex. Tori had some free time, not looking where she was going because she was reading the piece of paper that labeled where everything was now. She felt herself run into someone, immediately apologizing. “I’m sorry, I was- oh.” she stopped when she saw Zig.

Zig opened his mouth to speak but quickly shut it as soon as he realized he couldn’t find a single word to form. He had no energy to fight and honestly, he didn’t know why he would even try choosing a battle with Tori knowing he wasn’t able to finish it. “Whatever.” Zig muttered under his breath as he leaned back in his chair. He ignored her the rest of the class but he couldn’t deny that every now and again he found himself staring at her, watching as she moved around and her curls bounced upon her shoulders. Fuck. 

As the day went on, he tried to ignore the fact that Tori was back in town - back in school at that. It was hard being around her again, being in her presence and just knowing she was somewhere in the same building. Even though he was the one to break her heart, his heart was still broken too. All this thinking had him distracted, so distracted that he was zoning out and not paying attention when he abruptly stopped in the middle of the hallway. Zig fell forward a little but regained his balance, whipping around to apologize. “I’m sorry - it was my fault.” He was gonna continue on to let the bystander know that he wasn’t paying attention but once he seen those eyes, he stopped mid sentence.

Naomi’s hands fell to her lap as she extended her neck towards Nico, giving him more than enough lead way to get whatever the hell was on her face off. “Yes, i’m more than glad. Do you see the guys around here Nico?” She questioned, her voice reaching the highest pitch as her arms flailed to her sides. “Major” Naomi mocked, “hotties around here and if they seen left overs on my face it would...” She paused, trying to find the perfect words. “It would destroy any chances I could have with them!”

Naomi jumped out of the bed a few seconds after they finished, she roamed around the room picking up her scattered clothing. “Ashton,” She mumbled into a short burst of laughter while pulling her pants on, “This wasn’t supposed to turn into that, you knew this.” Naomi pulled her shirt above her head, slipping it onto her torso as she moved to sit down next to him. “We both agreed on the whole friends with benefit bullshit, remember?”
