Andrew Lincoln doesn’t understand ships
I’ve never loved anyone enough to feel obligated to be honest with them.

The Evolution of Richonne: These are two people who have found kindred spirits in each other, strength, respect, support, loyalty. But the world has been screaming in their faces and clawing at them for a good part of their acquaintance. For all they’ve been through, when the world stopped screaming and clawing for them, they realized what they had. — Scott Gimple

It’s that thing where you just trust someone. I’ve been working alongside the brilliant, bright and superbly talented Danai Gurira for three-and-a-half years now. I’ve admired and respected her as a workmate. (…) Fortunately, I got such an amazing and beautiful leading lady. - Andy Lincoln
The Americans Season 4 Teaser #6: Spy Noir
Elektra is kind of a sociopath, you know. This world is a game for her. It’s like a chess game, and what motivates her is what she wants. She’ll use anything she needs to use to get to her goal, and if she needs to kill people, she would. She has this coldness and this sociopath in her, and I tried to keep that, really. But, on the other hand, we wanted to create a character with different layers. And I think Elektra isn’t a bad person. She’s not a good person. She’s a person with different traits, with layers, and she’s seeking for who she is. So, in this season, there’s an arc to her story, and hopefully, she’ll find – we’ll find out who she is really by the end of it. — Elodie Yung on Elektra in Season 2 of ‘Daredevil’
