He raises a brow as it flashes across his screen, bold and commanding. Bit odd, he muses, hiding the screen against his thigh. With quick sign to his group, an apologetic nod to the girl trying to dance on him, he snakes his way back towards their section.

Plugging his other ear – suddenly aware of his pulse – Lando hits accept. He starts to joke, trying to play off the butterflies in his stomach, "What's all this th–"

"Lando," Oscar sighs, voice gone soft and low.

Lando freezes mid step, heart gone deadly still in his chest.

"Oscar, are you, uh…" Lando's mouth runs dry, tongue sticking to the roof of his mouth as he desperately tries to swallow. "Y'alright, mate?"

Lando's voice – tinny over the pounding bass, the cheering and yelling – feels like a balm over Oscar's strained nerves. It relaxes him against the bed, cheek nuzzling against his phone screen instinctively.

"Something's, hah," Oscar starts, breath catching as he slows his pace, as he lets his hand squeeze at the base of his cock like a punishment. "Something wrong, I'm – I'm all hot, it's –"
