Churchill skateboards use the highest grade materials but there are three reasons for being cheaper.
      First of all, they donât use paints. So the production cost is not bound to spend for artists and flashy colors. A lot of input money is saved in this case resulting lower market price.
      Secondly, Churchill MFG has almost zero research and development cost. Usual concave or other popular shapes are in practice here. Whatever skateboards are popular in the market we manufacture that. Our words are simple, you choose and we produce.
      Thirdly, a large number of boards are pressed in a single time. Our machines are all fit and up to date so there is no problem is machining so. But the pressing a large number at a time make lesser machine use and lesser energy consumption resulting lower cost.
      Lastly, due to precision machining and automated processes, less manpower is used.
Like any good skate board producer, Churchill skateboards are also prepared through a series of automatic and manual works.
The manufacturing process is fully a controlled process. Computer aided dual side sanding is done with 0.001 inch accuracy. This done to make the board posses adequate friction just what you need and make the surfaces even. Proprietary glue system is employed with dual side coating. The decks of Churchill skateboards are made by pressing 8 to 9 piles. High precision high pressure deck molding is carried out with again computer aided system and the final finishing is done CNC cutting and super high grade lacquer finish. This finish cares a lot about your boardâs protection.
