Here’s a couple of window edits. The first allows roof intersection so when you’re deleting half of your house trying to build a roof at least you know it’s not the windows…  The second is an optional fix for the snow inside the house.

Luasims did these in Anna's colors but they had white bars around the top and bottom that I was not partial too. So I did my own. All colors except off-white.

Gerbera Manor | Sims 2 Lot Download

This modern mansion built on a 4x3 lot is surrounded by pretty flowers and has some unusual angles that add interest to the home.

It has a large pool and a covered BBQ area in the back to make family get-togethers more entertaining. Of course, if you use all 5 bedrooms in this home, then your family alone might be enough entertainment! 🤣 (Trying to keep large groups of sims happy makes *my* fun bar turn red.)

My favorite part of this lot are all the flowers. This home has so many flowerbeds that I had to take close-up pictures of a couple of them. 🥰

So relaxing and pretty….🌸

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I have also run it through the Lot Cleaner to remove any bits of buggy code. This lot comes with a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄

This home has only 4 pieces of CC (3 of which are included, and one which didn’t make it into the package so I’ve provided a link for it). 2 of these items are by EA/Maxis so you may already have in your game. All of these can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want them though.

Wellspring Gardens | Sims 2 Residential Lot Download

Here's a shiny, new 4x3 lot with plenty of curb appeal! You might want to have the gardener on speed dial (or just put TwoJeffs Perfect Plants mod in your downloads folder and save the Simoleans) for this verdant stunner.

The garden club members won't know what hit them when this lot is plopped in the suburbs, and may just offer you a fancy stone well at first glance (if only). 🤭

Here's what's at the back of the lot. Not quite as many flower beds back here but there's plenty of room for the kids to stay entertained all summer in the pool.

I don't know about it being your Sims new favorite home, but I'd personally live in a place like this in a heartbeat, especially if it were out in the country! I mean look at that entry-so relaxing! 😍

Originally this lot lived in a little neighborhood called Blossom Bay, and housed 6 kids. I've polished it up removing any smells or spots left by tiny sim fingers, and lightly redecorated it inside.

Here's the floor plan that I know you are eager to see (what *is* making that electric blue dot in the upstairs window anyway--just you wait).

1st Floor: Clockwise from bottom left: Living room 1, living room 2, Bathroom, laundry room, sunroom/covered porch, bathroom, dining room, Master suite with bathroom, office, music room, kitchen, entryway.

That mystery blue spot in the front window? It's a really bright blue computer! 😎 I didn't realize how bright it would be until I went to take some exterior shots of the lot. 🤣

While the upstairs bedrooms are spacious you're going to have to put this home in your game to get a closer look at them. I don't have lots of time to do house tours these days, so here are a few quick shots from the first floor.

Master suite:

Office/Rec room: The TV featured in this room is a preorder bonus item for Apartment Life. I've included it with this lot (it will show up as a "red highlighted" object in Sims2Pack Clean Installer), but you can substitute it with something else or remove it entirely and replace it with a book shelf since there are so many pretty views out your windows and you can only watch HGTV for so long before wanting to go outside and actually try your hand at making something crafty for your yard.

FFS CF Princess Dress recolors converted to PF, TF and AF

I put some recolors of the FFS princess dress (BodyDressPuffShoulderLong) on its age conversions. I used the PF conversion by Simphany (I found it through @creesims) and the TF and AF conversion meshes by @whattheskell. I converted recolors by Skell, NathanialRoyale (aka @frankscrank2), Xia, Penelope and Grangerpup.

Toddlers get 17 recolors, Teens and Adults 13.

Little warning I could not get the long-sleeved look of NathanialRoyals recolors working on the teen and adult meshes. I guess it's due to Skell making it a 2 group mesh. I discovered it while remaking them after realizing that I had to forgotten that I have to swap the alpha of these ones instead of simply importing them without changing, before repoing them in SimPE. In the end I only remade the toddler files and kept the other ones with the short sleeved alpha as remaking them wouldn't change the look anyway.

Everything is binned as everyday and formal available as repo to CF (or Skell UF files) and standalone. I included the meshes, the preview, a swatch and a txt.file with the links.

Yeah, sorry, I was going to post it sooner, but I usually don't love writing posts for my mods, I wish I could post a link and people just knew what the file did and what to do with it 🥺😛 Straight from my brain

It's this beast that modifies about 60 social and self interactions

Act To Your Personality

is how I called it, and it was originally suggested by @daydreamingdrawerette (I think that was the name)

Basically, it restricts interactions by personality. For example, if a sim is very serious, they don't autonomously perform playful actions, and user directed playful actions are moved under "Out Of Character" sub-menu (this way the action is still available, but reminds me that this sim isn't the type to do it)

This is how I grouped the actions:

Mean, fighting, and attacking may be the most detailed. The mod takes into account sim's niceness points, if they are furious at the target sim, and if they have learned anger management. Additional condition specifically for attacking (dust cloud fight): sims don't autonomously start it if they have a recent memory of winning or losing a fight with the same sim. How recent is recent? About 3 days, may be less if they spend time on community lots. (Technically, all memories have "strength" value that goes down to zero with time. The "stronger" the memory, the longer it takes to decay. If the mod detects a fight memory with non-zero strength, it's a no go)

It probably has a gazillion conflicts with other autonomy mods for the same interactions. I don't even wanna know 🙈 This is the type of mod where load order shines, just have the preferred mod load last

Eastwood Home | Sims 2 Lot Download

This home is one I built based off of real house plans 15+ or so years ago. Recently, I’ve gone through and completely updated it! It features a heated rock pool in the front yard...

...Yes, I know this is a bit unusual, but because it's built on a 4x4 lot the front yard looks kind of empty without it. If spas in the front yard aren’t your thing, feel free to redecorate. 😂

The back yard is nice and private for the kids to run around in, at least.

The main part of this home has 3 bedrooms (located on the 1st and 2nd levels). There is a separate “mother-in-law” apartment in the basement that has 2 more bedrooms.
