So frustrated with how careless I've been.  I need to refocus.  I'm having such a  hard time finding that "zen mode" I was able to be in two years ago.  I need to get back there.  Maybe tumblr can help.  Maybe it will be one of a dozen other things I'm trying.

Either way, I will focus myself.  I have support in my life.  I can do this.
