How to Decorate a Sukkah
Sukkot is a joyous festival that celebrates the harvest and God's protection of the Israelites during their 40 years in the desert. One of the main mitzvot of Sukkot is to build and dwell in a sukkah, a temporary hut that reminds us of the booths that the Israelites lived in during their wanderings. A sukkah can also symbolize our dependence on God and our gratitude for His blessings.
