Celesta - acts like a 0/10, is actually a 6/10 - She tries to act cool and above it, but that's mostly a defense mechanism. This girl needs a hug. You'd need a hug too. So when she does get hugs (typically from her three besties), she can melt right into them. She does love her friends, more than anything. And when they're there for her, all that ice begins to melt.
Eryn - 10/10 - Eryn could credit her bravery and determination to her love for others and huge heart. I don't mean just Ralof, either. Although, yes, she'd do just about anything for him. Eryn seems to make friends wherever she goes, and she worries about them like a new mother. And when her friends return that affection, she thrives on it. She thrives on knowing that the people she loves love her too. By the end of her journey, she seems to have friends everywhere. She becomes particularly close to Etienne after rescuing him, and oddly winds up with the entire Thieves Guild as her friends.
For Ralof specifically, she spends a lot of time in his arms, leaning on him, holding his hand, everything. It could feasibly come off as being scared of losing him after Solitude, but she'd be the same way if that hadn't happened. They're both cuddly, and Eryn always feels safe when she's in his arms or vice versa. Often, when they're camping, he'll use her shoulder as his pillow, and makes them both feel so much better.
Opal - 5/10 - Being born noble, she had always been taught not to get too touchy with people. It's unbecoming, and if she ever wants to find a good spouse she needs to be reserved. And that was originally her "purpose", or so she was told, was to find a good spouse and get married off. Buuuuut... didn't work out like that! The first time Brynjolf hugs her, she freezes up but then melts a bit.
imma stick with only these three for rn since they're all ive introduced. i cant say ive given much thought to anyone else really
nsfw/sexual headcanons under the cut
Celesta - 0/10 - Since she's aroace, so she's down there at the bottom. She has no interest in sex, romance, none of it. She's not like, overtly repulsed to these things she can talk about them and be around couples (or polyam relationship in the case of j'zargo, onmund, and brelyna) but generally, she can't care and would prefer to study and learn.
Eryn - 7/10 - She'd generally prefer to keep her sex life private. The problem w being the dragonborn is you're like a celebrity, so people keep trying to pry. And her business with her husband is her own, thank you very much! ...However, Ralof is very much aware that Eryn can be very needy. For some reason, the rush of a good battle can be like an aphrodisiac for both of them. There's definitely been times when he's turned around and Eryn is ON HIM. They also like to fuck when they're camping in the wilderness, or home, but never in inns. Eryn doesn't need the city to hear her.
Opal - 10/10 but only for Brynjolf - Back to that whole born a stuffy noble thing, she was always reserved. But, again, then she meets Brynjolf, and... come on. Who wouldn't fuck that man every chance they have. Opal is all over him, and he's all over her too. They've fucked in every corner of the Cistern, in SO many places in Riften, even in riskier places like on jobs where they both have to be quiet.
11/10 - who would have guessed that the orphan boy with mommy issues who surrounds himself with a circle that is mainly comprised of tall buff ladies, at least half of whom were his late mother's best friends, would be a totally praise and coddling starved person? It truly is a mystery... Although despite his immense desire to be given affection his way of showing it usually just manifests in the shy tugging of either Aela or Lydia's sleeve as he just kinda bows his head wanting to be pet. Which of course gets him the coddling he craves most times. (especially that one time where the werewolf transformation got butchered giving him and Ria only the dog ears and tail)
The only times Gran finds himself on the receiving end of a needy person is with Serana, who he doesn't admit verbally but is glad for her neediness as it makes it less hard for him to obtain and receive the ceaseless affection he himself craves
Kahn:
1/10 - almost never really feels a particular desire for affection from others but is more familiar with the feeling of "obligation to be affectionate" to Lydia and Uthgerd, and more so in a paternal sense to his daughter Lucia. He states it as "its not so much a desire to show affection, but a feeling like he should do so" though of course its not like he doesnt like doting on his daughter
Lars:
3/10 - he likes being given affection but doesn't actively seek it
Jojo:
3/10 - he likes being given affection but doesn't actively seek it
Your LDB is in a dungeon with the gang when the ground gives way and they end up falling into a deep chasm, which seals up preventing the squad from following. It is just as they get their bearings they realize they've been impaled and are now bleeding out alone in the dark with no possiblity to heal themselves on their own.
1. What are the last thoughts they have before they lose consciousness?
2. How does the squad react after the fall?
3. How does the LDB/squad react when the squad eventually finds them and...
It's already too late and the LDB is long dead
It's too late and they only manage a small dialogue before the LDB dies
They just barely make it and your LDB wakes a while later in the infirmary
Ralof has significantly better hearing than Eryn. Maybe all that shouting hadn't done her any favors. He's always the first one to say "What was that?" or "I know I heard something".
Eryn trusts him. But she still charges blindly and bladefirst into things. More often than not, whatever Ralof heard is an unfortunate bandit about to meet their end. As a result, Eryn's beloved husband often trails a bit further behind her. She can be a messy fighter.
So when Ralof tries to warn her that he heard something, she doesn't take any heed. Maybe he should have been more specific, maybe she should have been more cautious, maybe they should have just stuck together. Maybe, maybe, maybe.
The sound of rocks tumbling down and collapsing drowns out Eryn's yell of surprise. It also drowns out the shnk of a steel spike breaking through her back, up through her torso. She tries to struggle, but more rocks just come down, crushing one of her arms, truly pinning her. She can't even call for help, because every breath she takes in is another stab in her spine.
Eryn's been stabbed before, Eryn's bleed before, Eryn's almost died before, but it's never been like this. She isn't going to survive this. The cavern is so dark, but she can somehow tell that her vision is getting darker, too.
The world is muffled, fading away. Her sight blackens, her pain numbs... and ironically, her hearing is the last thing to go. She can hear Ralof frantically calling her name. She tries to hold onto that thought, to that sound. She promises herself that she won't enter Shor's Hall again until he can join her, and they can walk in together. She smiles at the thought.
~~~
When Ralof finds her, her body is cold. Her blood, that precious dragon blood that was supposed to keep her safe, is everywhere. She didn't even get the chance to close her eyes. But there's no light in them. The vibrant green that shone the great lights is now dull, faded, empty.
Ralof feels as though he's moving through the Sea of Ghosts as he carries her body back up. He knows he can't just leave her there. If he hadn't found a way, he would have stayed with her. She wouldn't have wanted him to, but he would have.
A passing Stormcloak patrol spots him sitting next to her body, her hand in his, but himself having long run out of tears. They can piece it together well enough. And the patrol leader says she must have died valiantly, fighting as she always had. Ralof realizes they think she was killed in battle.
He realizes that's exactly what Eryn would want everyone to think, too. She would never want people to think she fell to her death. Ralof slowly nods, but he can't muster another word. Nothing will ever make this better, nothing will ever make this okay. He dies with the secret.
~~~
When Ralof finds her, she's wheezing her last breaths. He knows he can't do anything. She can't heal herself, they're out of potions, there's nothing he can do but watch her die. He's not even sure she knows he's there, until her other hand reaches up towards him.
"Eryn..." He whispers. The motion is too weak for her, too small. But he still puts his hand over hers as she reaches his face. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
"Not your fault." She rasps out, struggling to even look up at him. He leans over so their eyes can meet. "Don't-" She cuts off with a noise of pain, some tears falling down her still so beautiful face. "Don't blame yourself. Please. My love..."
Ralof can't promise that, he knows he will. Now and forever, just like their wedding vows. "I love you. I love you. I love you." He keeps whispering it to her. He's heard stories, that hearing is the last sense to go when you die. And he just wants to make sure she knows before she dies.
"I... lo..." She can't even get it out before she's gone.
~~~
One potion, there's one potion of minor healing left. Ralof pours it down her throat, praying her unconscious body will still swallow, and she won't drown. He picks her up, trying not to make her wound any worse than it is. He flags down a nearby Stormcloak patrol, and they help rush her to the nearest town.
A nameless mage happens to be passing through, and heals her free of charge. They know who she is, and any healer would be so lucky to have said they got to save the dragonborn's life.
But she still doesn't wake up, not for days. Ralof only leaves her side when it's strictly necessary. People come to visit her. At first, it's her friends, like Etienne and Fralia and Serana, then it's people who are a bit more distant but still care, like Ulfric and Galmar. Then it's just about anybody she's ever helped, and that's a long list of people. Then it's everyone who even seems to know her at all. The one that surprises Ralof the most is Bulgruuf, because he knows they weren't on speaking terms after the victory of whiterun.
He stays. He waits. The healers tried to explain some things to him, things about her blood, about recovery, about her body. Serana helps him more than any healer does, explaining what had happened in the Cairn, when it was her dragon blood that saved her.
At last, praise the divines, she wakes up. Ralof sits up from where he had been resting his head, watching as she slowly sits up. She's moving like she's in pain, but she's awake and alive. Those are the only things Ralof can focus.
"Hey," He says, tears of joy streaming down his face as he smiles at her. "You're finally awake."
in fairness one of my OCs, Kahn, does in fact give him the bow.
but that is mainly due to the fact that Kahn is at the moment on his "slowly becoming more like Alduin after having slain him" arc and only gives him the bow to further point out that he really doesn't need it before he (at least in the lore/story I have for him) goes to town and proceeds to rip the vampire lord apart with his bare hands, letting Serana arrive just in time to watch as her father being just mutilated by the cackling nord who then proceeds to burn Harkon from the inside out while also dishing out a verbal roast to Harkon for being weak
though in the game it just translates to me one-punching the guy to death
What do you think about getting spit roasted by two fat Altmer wangs?
You know, one of them tall sexy Thalmor agents with their warm dark golden skin, and thick veined muscular cock and fat sacks just dripping with hot virility... Seed so thick it would make any man or mer drool.
One gently teases you from the back and another rubs the fat head of his shlong along your cheek leaving a translucent trail of seed before slipping it between your lips. Getting a good taste of that thick solid bar of rose gold?
