why aren’t 5sos taking a longer break?? like they clearly need it and having just a few weeks off for Christmas is such bullshit ???? they need a few months to fucking relax like they never have breaks and it’s clearly hard on them all ? they’re gonna burn out if their management keeps pushing them this hard and NOBODY wants that… michael and ash have already spoken out about how fucked up they’ve gotten from tour life. 99% of the fandom would be perfectly okay if they had AT LEAST 2 or 3 months off (should be more) between touring but they aren’t getting shit, I just want them to be okay.

this makes me so sad yet so proud because they have just come so far and i feel like a mother. i really don’t know what i would be without this band, they’ve helped me get through so much shit in my life and i know that i’ll probably never get to see them in person and tell them this. they’ve gone from playing in pubd and hotels to playing at rod laver and to more than 5000 people at federation square. i feel like ive watched them grow up and i want to burst into tears because its just heartbreaking in a happy way (?) to see them headline tours across the world and oh my gosh it makes me so fucking happy and i’m smiling like an idiot. i don’t think they even realise the impact they’ve had on my life, and not just in an emotionally and mentally way. they’ve made me realise that music is what i wanna do and i want to just hug them and tell them thank you so fucking much for all that you’ve done and every time i see a picture of them my heart races and it just makes me so happy. the 5sosfam is probably the closest thing to my heart, because we are literally our name. we are a family. sure, we fight, but no family is perfect and i honestly couldn’t be thankful enough for the 5sosfam, every single one of you out there, because you have listened to me whine and rant when no one around me would. i feel like even though i haven’t met most of you i’ve known you guys all my life, and te fact that we’ll alwys be there for each other makes me so relieved and it just gets me through the day. so thank you 5sos, for creating something so special, something i will never ever ever forget until the day i die.
