OC Lore Drop
/ Meet My Characters 🕯️⚔️
My dark fantasy project is getting so much deeper, and I just had to share the new plot points about this sibling duo and their orphanage:
The Illusion of Salvation: They were raised by nuns in a strict Christian orphanage. But this isn't a place of peace and prayers—it’s a ruthless incubator for soldiers. From early childhood, the orphans are trained in warfare, tactics, and brutal hand-to-hand combat. The abbey's true goal is deeply cynical: the moment a child turns 18, they are drafted and sent straight to the frontlines of an endless war.
The Routine & Runs: The older brother and younger sister are still considered too young for the battlefield. For now, their days consist of grueling training and minor errands. The nuns allow them to travel to the neighboring village to fetch groceries and supplies. These chores are their only taste of freedom, the only moments they can speak without ears listening.
The Escape Plan: The older brother has accepted his fate and just wants to keep his sister safe. But she refuses to become church cannon fodder. She is planning a run for it. Her goal is not just to survive, but to find someone who can teach her both advanced combat and forbidden magic to gain true strength.
The Idol: The girl's ultimate inspiration is the legendary Black Warrior. A local celebrity, the terror of the battlefields, and a symbol of absolute independence and power. She dreams of walking in those exact footsteps.
The Major Plot Twists (that she doesn't know yet!):The Black Warrior is actually a woman. In a world where women in the military are expected only to obey, she carved her own path with an iron blade and hides her identity behind heavy, opaque armor.
She is still alive and hiding out there somewhere, despite the rumors of her death or disappearance.
Harpy hare where have you?
Iike it
Original person
A young girl runs away from a Christian orphanage with her friend into a medieval world torn by war. Despite her youth, she aspires to become a warrior; she encounters a squad commander who takes both girls on to train them in sword fighting.
Dark fantasy my AU
I can animate a little; it’s very difficult, especially without a reference.
She's such a sigh.
If anyone wants to verify that these are my drawings, I can share the layers and even a speedpaint.
