my guess who the new pal is before new eps drop as a non fast passer
it’s confirmed!!
yayyy
While it may be obvious that the snow globe girl, who I will be further calling Pinky, resembles Silver. I found something else as well
In ep 24 we need to talk about buddy a very similar design as Pinky is used to represent the heroine. I’d guess that Pinky not only resembles Silver, but represents her as well. so when this happens:
I’m left a bit aghast. Not only does Violet purposefully break Pinky, she does it to steal her crown. If Pinky really does represent Silver, what does this mean? Is it foreshadowing? Or could it be representative of what has already happened? After all, we were introduced to Silver very much broken and while Violet implies it’s because of trusting a human… what if it was her own fault, either ignorant or malicious, and has taken Silver’s spot as the key in charge.
Adding onto this!! Checking that same scene in WNTTAB with the Pinky lookalike, the evil queen looks quite similar to Violet, especially the hair.
As for what it means? If Pinky is meant to represent Silver — and Violet in some way “hurting” her — I don’t know if it’s intentional on Violet’s part.
We see how much Violet cares about Silver and the rest of her family. So even with her being the villainess, I don’t think she’d do anything outwardly malicious for selfish reasons.
What I could see happening is Violet putting Silver in harm’s way while turning a blind eye to it. After all, we see her barely even look at the snowglobe or Pinky after she breaks them (and keeps her eyes shut when putting on the crown).
This leads me to believe Violet, in the plan she has to save her family and Nox, is willing to do some very questionable and/or dangerous things to follow that plan — even if it means hurting Silver and not realizing it.
Violet does give off a very “I know what’s best so let me handle this” attitude, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that led her to ignore the well-being of her siblings unintentionally.
Or, even if it is intentionally (at the end of S2 Ep3 she shows a lot of sorrow at disregarding Silver’s trust of Chase), Violet is so convinced this is what she needs to do for the ultimate good of her family, that tragically, she instead ends up tearing her family apart.
My other thought is that Pinky also represents Violet’s more caring/sentimental side (considering Pinky is depicted with purple too in WNTTAB). Violet breaking Pinky is therefore her trying to “destroy” that part of herself to accomplish what she needs to.

More drum major Buddy and drill team chase +Chase in a color guard outfit!
Yeah Chase get off the field. You're distracting the drum major. 😔
cinderella boy is #1 on trending‼️
Chase and Buddy as extracurricular rivals!
Buddy as a drum major for marching band, and Chase as a drill team captain/colonel ! :)
They definitely fight over who gets the field for practice.

fell down a bit of a rabbit hole and made this Hollow Family Tree + a small list of each of their physical attributes
I’m a bit tired so this is all I’m doing for now but I might go into further detail later.
Though I’ll say I think it’s cute that while most of the children are (presumably) a fusion of both parents Chase is pretty much a clone of his father.
