I was testing out different comps in Waves of Intrigue and for Crystal Defense I decided to run Tasi-Dunglingr-Harak-Nara-Hugin. This is the first time I run Harak in this mode (I usually pull him for Solo).
On the good note: while the team was awaiting new wave of enemies, Harak’s feast mode ended and for the first time I actually saw him friendly firing the ally, so now I have an experience of how it works and understanding which battle modes are susceptible to this (trial stage or other fights didn’t trigger this feature for me before).
Maybe it’s all old news for everyone but maybe it’d be useful.
Kazim’s banner is ending in 7 days and with 02.07 new banner will appear - Peggy or Orion. I do not know who’s first, but I bet on Peggy cause we learned about her earlier. But that’s not all - I think at the same day Lamentis will launch. As for reruns - it was announced to be Daimon and Bonnie.
Short version of my predictions for further reruns (July and beginning of August): Lenya, Valka, Indris, Isabella, Tisa, Vala, Alsa, Soren, Sinbad, Solise, Silven, Zorya and Pippa. Long version below.
To continue theorizing about reruns (and to establish about Lamentis’s banner) there is the schedule I made to see patterns. Not to make a big excel-table I stopped at 26.01 cause reruns started to repeat themselves + this period captures whole previous season Tower of Memory as an example.
Little explanation. I made two graphs with the labeling of "Rate Up 1" and "Rate Up 2" characters basing of Gwyneth who was my first Rate-Up char (so I made her "Rate up 1" char and others were added and adjusted accordingly), cause it was easier for me to navigate. And I needed to see how they overlap. "Black" graph is just for separation.
Also ignore grey icons, I used char archive from game and it's basing of my currently obtained characters.

Timing can be off, cause sometimes it’s 20-21 days, sometimes it’s Thursday/Friday release. I am not doing this for specific timing, so I won't re-estimate anything.
1) Firstly, side note, I was checking the official timings and it seems Evie was delayed. So it’s not my error. As for delay - it happens.
2) Talking about Celestial/Hypogeans… it seems they are coming out 1 per 2 “casual” characters. So Lamentis gotta be after Kazim. And if Peggy will be first, then it’s Peggy+Lamentis -> Orion -> new char and with that another new… Celestial (my personal intuition)? It’d be around August so we are getting our third Celestial/Hypogean per season just in time.
3) As for reruns… There are additionally characters who didn’t get their reruns before Tower of Memory season. Notably, majority of them didn’t get their reruns ever (cause they are from Starter Story pack?) so I will add to the rerun count only Vala, Alsa, Soren, Sinbad (I've found only them getting a rerun at least once).
Judging by rerun order, the approximate medium time for expected rerun is around 4 months, for some characters maybe more. With that I’d expect rather soon (whole july + start of August) Lenya, Valka, Indris, Isabella, Tisa as well Vala, Alsa, Soren, Sinbad. Be mindful, some of more recent character may appear soon again, so prediction only approximate and are like “most-likely”, it’s 70-80% imho. There is no certain pattern in specific order and pairing reruns, so I won’t try to match every character with certain date. It was more like “who are we going to see soon”. Realistically, matching characters with certain dates more like a 50/50 guessing game.
Useful note: at these screens we can see that after Kordan's debut it took him ~4 months to get rerun. So... Solise, Silven, Zorya and Pippa also may appear soon.

I personally started doing all of this to understand when Eironn’s and Bryon’s banners are gonna be as well… haha, very funny. Ok but we can get Bryon from arena store besides banners. Where’s Eironn? come onnnn. He’s not that bad. I need this pulling+immobilizing without investing into Cyran a lot. Plus I like Eironn more than Cyran just personally. Upd. I start to remember that he was part of starter-login event? Maybe that’s why he (and other characters from there although I dont remember who were they) isn’t getting a rerun?… still weird
4) I briefly checked previous seasons. They seem to follow more or less this pattern (including modern system of reruns and several-new-character-at-the-same-time). So I won’t write it down additionally. Currently system seems to work. But again, maybe another “Evie” accident may happen, i do not know what happened at that time so be ready but vary.
5) As for NEW character prediction I can't say much - I am not doing Crown of Ashes for now. So I don't know who appears there. I did see one Graveborn dude... Maybe he'd be after Orion (and thus making new Celestial/Hypogean his banner-partner) but there may be another new char and/or someone who I haven't seen yet. And no, I don't want to get into leaks, I am enough with hoyo-. If you know about smth, I hope my pattern-visualization would be of use.
of all mentioned predictions my focus of interest narrowed down to Solise and Valka. And judging by my outstanding luck of getting all needed chars together, I will not surpised to get at least one of them in next end of the week (and someone who I didn't mention earlier but need as well). Writing this down and checking how things will go down later✍👈👈👈

I always thought of the Painted World as a place where things go to escape and the bird men are no different. They were originally designed as worshipers of the Goddess Velka whose bodies were warped by their devotion. I think this obsession makes them really interesting characters.

Lamentis is like an "exotic" part of programm. Phraesto technically and conceptually also goes there but outfit didn't match so I didn't point him out... although, that cosmo-skin- his orig skin is cool but different vibe
it’s so special to me that so much of fan culture is textual analysis for the love of the game. like thank god there are people in my phone who are also thinking about this thing i love so much that they are writing transformative fiction as character studies and setting clips of the show to music with theme-relevant lyrics and writing long text posts analyzing every line of dialogue like!! yay!!!
Stunned by the fact that so far in quests I've really come to liking to Alsa and Shakir and my luck's like:
I know that I was prioritizing the "practical"-for-me gameplay and with that those two would barely help me (well, Shakir 50/50) + I was adjusting my preferences the further I ventured into stories and those two really took time to appear in quests.... and yet :'DDDD
I also liked Nazrik and Gala. I am very far from their season though but I've read Tales + wiki.
I put Gala on Epic banner, you go, girl. Nazrik and Shakir are on wish list of regular banner cause they as well have practical value that I can still use. As for Alsa... one day I will randomly get you. One day. At least I played with her in Song of Strife!!!
Also, I never targeted or specifically pulled for Brutus Lumont Rhys Mikola or Zandrok... so yeah, it's just luck from Soulstones and "Log in to get Characters" event. Nazrik actually for quite a long time takes place in wish-list, come on, dude.
