When Bakugo advised Izuku - "If everyone is special to you, then no one actually is"- he said so from his own personal experience.
He wanted his friend to not lose sight of the one girl who made his heart flutter.
Bakugo is a changed man. He has someone waiting for him back home.
And of course their most special family member - Orangey.
To Bakugo, Suu is More special than the others. That's how he knows she is the one.
And for Suu, the feeling is more than mutual.
After the reunion with his classmates, Bakugo headed home to find Suu asleep at her desk. She was taking some off duty calls for a support organisation that tries to assist individuals who have lost sight of their goals, who are feeling helpless, who need someone to tell them that risking and failing is all a step towards a clearer path.
He picked her up and sat down on his other extra soft bedding. (The first one being the modified back seat of his car for Suu's and Orangey's safety.)
Trying not to wake her up. But wanting to.
Suu stirred a bit and mumbled- "I heard from Kirishima, what you did for Izuku. Did Ochaco and he get together?"
To which he replied- "Yeah. The nerd finally found his footing and mustered up the courage to speak to Ochaco."
Suu smiled and said - "You are the best wingman. Such a romantic at heart. Who would have known you'd be the one advising Izuku. My special one. Katsuki Bakugo."
She snuggled further into his chest.
Bakugo huffed, tightening his hold around her and proceeded to kiss her head.
"I wouldn't have known if I hadn't met you. Shizuka Suu."
