Scarfic the porcupine

Hes homeless and he robs people

He has construction powers! (being able to CREATE and manipulate concrete, steel, other metals, wrecking balls, and more)

He uses mainly concrete though thats what hes known for

Fun facts:

He dont got no money! This is important 2 his character!

His quills are tipped with concrete! And since hes a porcupine he can shoot them out his back! Oull!

That color pattern on his quills is also cuz porcupines have that kinda pattern onnem

Hes very DENSE. (In both ways) he's 173 pounds, but he has the build of a mobian that weighs 77 pounds.

So a mobian with his exact ah build would weigh much less than him because hes js very dense

Its a byproduct of his powers

Hes NOT a self insert ah character but my friend @artastical525 named him after me allemn years back because I couldnt think of a name.😭😭
