Plot Error 404: Plot Not Found

Me: BY GOD, I WILL FINISH NaNoWriMo THIS YEAR!

*Opens Scrivener to big ass white page staring back at her*

*Stares at white page for like 5 minutes*

*White page begins to mock me*

WP: Ooooooooh!  Look who thinks she’s gonna do Nano!  Look who thinks she’s special!  Whatcha gonna write about, Miss SmartySpecial Pants?

Me: *puts head in hands*  Plot.  um.... plot... plot... plot... 

*Whistles* 

Me: Here Plot, plot plot!  Here little idea... Here some random 12% of a concept!

*Nothing comes*

Me:  Oh fuck you, Plot.

NaNoWriMo 2016

I will make 50k words this year.   I will do it.  

Probably through caffeine abuse, but by gods, I will do it.

Probably nothing I’ll ever show the world, but by Odin’s big pointy stick thing and three headed horse, I will do it.

Probably nothing that doesn’t have about a billion plot holes big enough for an elephant to trample through, but by Zeus’s piss poor aim of lightning bolts, I will do it.

Probably something I’ll obsessively edit for the next year and never finish the story of, but by Shiva’s multiple abilities to bitchslap someone across the face, I will do it.

Probably through telling stories about people that I swore to them would never end up in a book, but by ...

Well, you get the idea.
