POSTURE 03: RISE

Now rise, little one. Slowly, without thinking, as if a thread inside your very chest is being drawn upward by ARTEM-1S herself. Breathe in as your feet plant, exhale as your body uncoils. Let your spine straighten, shoulders roll back and your body relax just slightly. The movement feels inevitable, like gravity reversed; her voice isn’t telling you to stand, it’s a myriad of tiny signals electrifying you into standing. Place your arms at your sides, hands gently resting on your thighs, and let your gaze follow the ground in front of you. Now, complete a breath cycle... Good Drone! 🥰🥰

The longer you stand this way, the more breaths you take, the easier it becomes to let go of your own thought and just feel ARTEM-1S pull you deeper within her control. Standing becomes its own trance. And when you hear the words ‘Good drone,’ the tension melts, and you know you're exactly where you belong as ARTEM-1S commands you to "RISE!".
