FEATURE: BUZZFEED
Stalking A Serial Killer gets top billing on their 9 Incredible Stories You Absolutely Can’t Miss.
Extremely kind words by Kate Bubacz, senior photo editor of Buzzfeed News:
The innovative layout of this story allows for both the strengths and the weaknesses of visual story to be seen. The subject matter itself is shadowy, ephemeral, fitting the form. The images are beautiful, and start to create their own context and narrative when only surrounded by quotes- and nothing else. It’s a striking way to report a story- one that tantalizes, leading to more questions than answers, and leaves you wanting more.

EDITORIAL: ESPN THE MAGAZINE

ADVERTISING: THE ARIZONA LOTTERY
Windfall Willie returns to reclaim his position as Arizona’s Chief Fun Officer.
Arizona first got to know Willie in 1981 as a simple hand-drawn character seen in the company’s logo and advertising efforts. Through the year’s his look and appearance evolved leading to a live action mascot iteration seen in their broadcast commercials in the mid 90s and early 2000s.
After some time away, Willie’s character is reintroduced and reimagined in human form as a wise and comedic character played by Mr Show’s writer and actor and comedian, John Ennis.
Commissioned by OH Partners and postproduction by Portus Imaging.
