No matter how pure this child was, Koba did not have the nurturing and care which Caesar had been given by Will. Koba was poked, prodded, sliced and dashed. Even if Caesar disagreed with his views, he could see why Koba would loath the humans. And he caused many of the younger apes dismay when he pointed to his scars and to his body and pronounces himself as ` human work. `

Had he not learned? Blue Eyes was turning ever more rebellious by the day. Leaving his fathers sight, disobeying what was asked of him. Last time, he had been struck by a bear. Another, he stumbled across a human, and Ash had been wounded. Though the woods were theirs, it still contained it's dangerous. From the tree branch, Caesar could see a figure below, and from so far above, it did resemble his son. Although, as he got closer, he realised it was not his son, but a human. Out of breath and tired, he dropped from the tree, standing with full stature to stare at the human boy. Chest heaving and breath scarce, he examined him, eyes glancing leftward and rightward while he listened for his son. Blue Eyes was not near. But searching for his son would have to wait now.

These apes weren’t evil at all, not from her perspective, why wouldn’t anyone give them a chance? Is it because they’re too scared after the year of their rebellion? It didn’t matter know, humans && animals were now on the brink of war, && all the young girl could do was pray for peace.

❝ I tell you truth, most children smarter than adults. Children understand not to cage animal, not to hurt. Adult only know what benefits adult. Not child, not ape. Maurice, very good reader. Big books. Caesar reads little. Simple book. Angel...is.. good human. ❞

This girl had his trust for now, she seemed kind and posed no threat to him nor his family, she had not came with weapons or to disrupt the peace, she was just.. there. People like her were the people who ensured peace, she was proof that Koba was wrong about humans.

The human would not have gone unnoticed, no matter how she walked or where she went. They were observing. Humans did not enter the woods and had not for years. A young ape had reported the humans location and Caesar followed. Threat or not, humans were dangerous creatures. All apes knew so. Swinging down from a low hanging branch, he perched infront of the the human, cold eyes examining her hands, the coloured fabric wrapped around her neck, and the strange blade-like items.

Weapons?

Slightly threatened he did not speak. Humans were not keen on smart apes. So instead with his hands he signed, pointing to the blades to end his sentence, hoping she would understand. He signed with a huffed grunt to finish.
