It disappoints me to know that the rampant hate of dp from this user has turned and extended into actual harassment towards the people who worked on it. I myself have disagreements and things I do not like about DP personally, but to go out of your way to do all of this is too much and very obsessive??? (and the fucking anon hate too - which could be a coincidence, but the evidences and the way on how it is written makes it a bit obvious)

As we can observe in this fandom, people can clearly ignore canon and some aspects about Rain World (and its DLC) and make their own stories and their own versions (I know I am! I write Artificer redemption arcs (which is against the idea on that certain dev commentary) and bringing back his dead kids all the damn time!). And its strange that they frequent in our server, which is extremely hc and au friendly, without inclining to this litany.

I do not condone harassing/witchhunting them btw

Just steer clear of anyone who’s like this and don’t be like this. The people who worked on Downpour/MSC ARE REAL HUMAN BEINGS WHO PUT THEIR HEART TO WHAT THEY MADE. And you don’t have to like it- you can critique it if you want! Just don’t be a jerk towards the people who made it.
