I LOVE THIS FIC!!!!! i just. hnhghhgh. i absolutely adore these two in every setting but there’s something about this rich girl x the sweetest member of the staff that i love so much im barely able to form words. anyway. this chapter!!

first of all, the desire to reach through my laptop screen to scream at matthew is growing stronger!! like? leave the babies alone challenge, try that!! and oh god, poor gigi :( i’m so glad she had crystal to take care of her!! god they were cute in this chapter, and crystal would absolutely listen to africa by toto sdfhdkjhfskj 🥺 AND HER HOME AND MOM OMG!!!! like, i felt warm the second they arrived at crystal’s house, you just got the warm and inviting atmosphere across so perfectly!! 😭 and i actually teared up at the same time as gigi when crystal’s mom started speaking dshfkjdshf she was so sweet!! and just everything (except the phone call) about the scene in crystal’s house made me so soft

the fact that there’s only one chapter left makes me kinda sad but i’m also somewhere between excited and scared to see what happens!! and i feel so lucky to know and be friends with such an incredible writer who’s also the sweetest person ever i just! love u very very very much!!!

author's note: wow who could've guessed? another au based deliberately on the other main sport I did (besides skating of course) I also began this fic and deleted it months ago so I believe it's time for a revamp.
