Here’s some awesome figure drawing and anatomy tips, tricks and tutorials by an awesome artist named Bryan Lee or http://funkymonkey1945.deviantart.com/ Follow him on DeviantArt, His work is awesome. Anyhoo sorry in advance that the pics are not in any order and i have more to post, just right click and save the photos in your reference folder if you have one (Every artist should have one BTW). He was nice enough to give me permission for posting them on my Tumblr. Please do your jobs as aspiring artists to reblog this post and the next one to all of your artist friends in the Tumblrverse, ” Knowledge is meant to be shared.” is what Mr. Lee said to me, lets follow his quote
Time for late nite artistic autism deconstruction. For the life of me I couldn’t understand the shape language of ‘square anime eyes’ but then I tilted the orientation of the puncta / corner of the eye. It might not be a hard fast rule, but it kinda helps me with the structure of it.

Can’t remember where I found this, but from the watermark I can only assume the source is ImagineFX magazine, the September 2008 issue. If this gets enough notes I’ll caption each photo with the text displayed in each page! (‘Tis a bit small. Curse you, tumblr, get some better zoom! <shakes fist>)

By Christian Hopkins, this very talented young photographer uses his photography as a true artistic outlet to help with his depression. The whole set of images are just stunning and really draw you in, a perfect example of how art can help a person having a difficult time to express themselves.
I’ve noticed i have no photography pictures on this blog so heres one and ill put some tutorials up soon.

Photography Tutorial (Techniques, Tricks…)
Who Else Wants To Learn How To Use The Top Secret Photography Techniques To Create Mind-Blowing Artistic Images? Dear Photographer, Here’s the deal - If you want to be able to take the really cool photos - those crazy special effects images others just can’t figure out - what I’m about to share with you will blow your mind… … in fact, you’ll probably be a little annoyed that nobody told you this stuff before. You see, there are a handful of simple, easy techniques that can totally transform how you use and view your camera - and they’re so quick to grasp, they’ll make a difference for you the very next time you snap a picture. Trouble is, the ranks of highly paid professionals out there don’t like to share. So up until now, the only alternative has been to take expensive college or evening courses, and buy a ton of pricey equipment. And I don’t know about you, but I don’t have thousands of dollars to throw at new cameras, lights, and to enroll in courses. So I learned the hard way…
