I had to write a whole paragraph explaining every design choice I made in this. If you want to see a reiteration of that it's under the cut

See how everything's black and white and dull? See how the long, hopeless shadows stretch out from everything? See how the only colored things are the vial, the knife, the flowers and the cross? Y'all are smart cookies, you see the symbolism: her only hope, her plan B should the vial not work, her love for her (banished) husband, and the faith that makes her trust this fucked up plan? I had so much fun drawing this. I do not pity those poor AI "artists" who had to explain the design choices they did not make
