god.. legacy sophitz. sophie spent the book avoiding fitz and not telling him about the important stuff bc she didnt fully trust him to not get angry. and the unmatchable thing may have affected her more than him, but it still affected him too.

and the matchmaking thing!! pisses me off so bad!! because fitz has shown over. and. over. he will do anything for sophie, even if the world doesnt approve. he got banished with her. he broke into exile with her. hes jumped off cliffs and helped destroy ravagog and wouldve TACKLED king dimitar at kenrics funeral for her. so even if hes worried about his reputation right now and his familys reputation after the alvar thing (which i personally dont think makes much sense) im pretty sure mr “we could all use a little more weird in our lives” could get over it eventually.

and then after the alvar reveal, finding out he was left out of that (even if wasnt totally intentional), he goes to her. he still tries to make things right, even though his brother is his most sensitive subject. and she tells him she still cant be fully honest with him because she cant tell him about her bio parent. she doesnt trust him enough to keep it a secret. even though it affects him too.

and he cant fully understand why she wont tell him!! because he doesnt fully know the consequences that would come by telling people that secret because he doesnt know the secret. all he knows is shes hiding something from him. even though he has tried to give her every reason to trust him. even though their entire relationship is built on trust.

anyway i think sophitz is a tragedy. right people wrong time or something. they were never going to make it through legacy but it wasnt fully either of their faults. just the circumstances

This one was a lot of fun I didn't get the expression quite right like I wanted a more smug or confident look but I couldn't quite get it right. It was supposed to be for Biana's attitude when she first met Sophie.

I also wasn't sure how dark I should make her hair I was going to do black but I saw in the official art that it closer to dark brown like her mother and I really liked that. But let me know your thought I might even make changes to her.
