I’m not sure if this question has been asked before/if you’ve answered this before, but I was wondering what art program you use for your drawings and animatics and what you animate your animatics on.

I’m trying to get into animatic making myself and I can’t seem to find a program to make my animatics with.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Btw I LOVE your art so much, your animatics are what inspired me to start animating myself!! 🫶🫶

I use Paint Tool Sai for drawings and then Storyboard Pro for animatics. I do also have a video I did a while back on my process :))

OPEN FOR STORYBOARD WORK FROM APRIL 2026 - Looking for freelance, contract work Hybrid or remote Over 7 years of Storyboard experience

As I now come to the end of my current contract, I will be available from April for new freelance and contract opportunities as a Storyboard Artist, or for Revisionist roles. I am currently based in Exeter and I am looking ideally for hybrid or remote roles.

I have seven years of professional storyboarding experience, working in both contracted and freelance roles with Blue Zoo Animation and Wild Child Animation on children’s animated productions. Alongside my studio work, I also run a personal YouTube channel where I create my own original animatics, which has received over 280,000 views.
