(I apologize for being sooo late, I've been very busy with school these weeks and I didn't log in to tumblr that often, so I'm sorry!! I hope I can still do this introduction kind of thingy :D )

My name is Anna, I'm 16 and I'm from Romania. Sadly, I am not at an art profile high-school because my family couldn't afford to pay my everyday transportation to another city (where it actually is an art high-school). Anyway, I still love drawing, painting and all forms of art and I'm hoping I'll go to the Art and Design University. Meanwhile, I try to keep on practicing and learning. Also, my sister is taking art classes and I try to learn from her, as well.  

I reblog mostly art, photography, bands and other things I love or that I find interesting. I haven't posted any of my works yet, but I'll try to do it as soon as possible.  I hope I'll get to work harder and improve my skills.

I am very honored to be a part of this network, everyone seems so cool here!! You guys are very talented!

hey all!

my name's micah. when i was six years old, i had a babysitter who taught me how to draw profiles, and since then i've been dedicated to art, particularly drawing human beings. i don't plan to do art professionally (though i'd love to), or study it in university, because unfortunately there are other careers i feel i'd be able to contribute more to. however, i took an advanced placement drawing & painting course last year, and this year i've been very driven to improve my art. it's really, really important to me that i get past any overly amateur look to my art, and i'm willing to take knocks, bruises, and criticism for that, if you're willing to give them out. even if it's not a career, i plan to do art for my whole life and i don't think i could bear to give it up or stop improving now.

hello!! sorry for the late introduction, im usually more active but i was really busy this weekend

my names Ella and im 17, and currently taking visual art in my last year at school, and hoping to continue fine art next year at uni combined with digital/web design! i also love exploring emotion and theme through the medium, and i guess i find watercolors the easiest to do that with, however i sketch some and draw some occasional fanart. I still have a heap to learn though!!!  anyways, i reblog a heap of art on plumjar but have a poetry/lit blog at infernotea too so if you see that url floating around, it me.

hi guys, my name is nina, i'm a cis girl and my pronouns are she/her. i'm 16 and in my second year in the kind of art program that is offered in sweden at my age, so that's really cool :) i don't blog a lot of art, but i post my own on occasion, which is mostly doodles or watercolour paintings. other than that, i enjoy writing poetry a lot, i have a poetry blog in addition to this main. 

it's really cool to be in a network like this and you all seem to be really cool :) if i've left anything out that's interesting to know, just shoot me an ask or something.

Following maidyoongi example, I figured introductions would be nice. Especially if everyone made a similar post, so we can get to know you and your work a little bit. idk if you want.

Ok. So I'm a textiles major going on my fifth year of art school. I've recently transferred to NSCAD so I could work on a minor (ceramics). I tend to work small, and in multiples my favourite textile technique being hand embroidery. Other than that I dabble in drawing, pattern and mark making. Art history is my jam, and I get excited just at the idea of witnessing art others have been seeing years before me. Um. I post a lot of art, fashion, craft, photography etc. I'll work on posting some of my own work but that tends to be too nerve wracking for me but yah.

Hello! okay so i've had some questions about emails and adding members to the blog, but basically the point of the blog is so if you want to make a post (directly related to the network for example) that appears in the network tag, but that doesnt go onto all of your followers dashboards you can post it from the artstudentnet blog and just tag it with the network tag, make sense?

Also, of course you dont need to me a member of the blog to be a member of the network, it was more me trying to organise everything for the time being.
