Okay so hypothetically if the Goodmans happened to the Byers would Natalie be Jonathan or Jane?? I have my reasoning for both
A) Jonathan getting involved with drugs in season 4 parallels Natalie using medicine to get high
B) Jane would hypothetically feel overshadowed by the loss of Will (if he died in season 1 and she survived) and could be considered a "replacement" like Natalie
Will would be Gabe and Diane would be Joyce
Extra reasoning for Jane to be Natalie is that Jonathan could be Dan
