FINAL PROJECT FOR YEAR 1: I decided to focus on the 7 deadly sins, ENVY, PRIDE, GREED, GLUTTONY, WRATH, SLOTH AND LUST. I think its really interesting how these natural feelings are taught in catholic and christian teachings as Sins. Everyone feels at least one of the sins in their life and i want to see if people think these feelings are nature or nurture or real sins. These are my media explorations on Lino.
OUR TIME TO SHINE! As a group Me, Annie, Siam and Paige focused on a Horror, Gothic Film focusing on fear.We went on location to Cliffe Fort, an abandoned fort which was perfect for filming. This was a really fun project!!

Chains, remote control and unity.
They are held together by chains, so they can never be separate, spending the rest of their lives with no other person. They then accidentally find a remote control to a alternate universe where they are kept apart. This makes them realise they need each other because they understand each other more than anyone else, Ending with their Unity.
My favourite time based artist. Researching these amazing people was so much fun, really interesting to find out about them and their work.
TIME BASED MEDIA TIME: shadow photography was really fun and interesting. The research aspect was fun too!
Fashion was my favorite part! My Dan Hillier inspired dress. I loved making a garment out of paper! trust me to pick the difficultly posed mannequin though, worth it though.

career paths
Since being at UCA i have become incredibly confused (Only because i’ve enjoyed it more than anything ever) about careers i was dead set on fashion but now i seriously consider illustration or fine art. Through counselling found out about art therapy. I have always wanted to help people that would help me better my understanding of people. I have a lot of Empathy, something i pride myself on and have a strong desire to help people... Don’t really know what to do.
