August will be so jealous I will be Australia
You don’t seem to happy about that
Where’ve you been March?
Oh I guess I just miss him, that's all.
Oh, I've been locked away in my cabin. My father had sent me some new books to read, and I guess I had lost track of time.
August will be so jealous I will be Australia
Oh its a person. Gotcha, gotcha.
Yeah.
I don't think sending him a postcard will be good enough for Australia.
August will be so jealous I will be Australia
August? I mean, August is pretty jealous, not as much as May though.
Oh, August is my brother. I guess its safe to say my parents had a thing for month names.
August will be so jealous I will be Australia
Oh well, I guess I'll have to get him a few things.
So I figured out how to open my door after it got stuck closed.
I've been stuck in my room for a few weeks, but it was ok, I had some teas and a few bags of chips and candy and sorts.
Time to Eat! {Tink & March}
Tink sprang back in her chair as March started coughing, wishing she hadn’t asked the question.
“I, uhm, well, Tink, that’s a surprising question.” Tink blushed a bit, biting the inside of her cheek. It was a bit innapropriate, considering he was her teacher, but Tink didn’t think he had much expierence in this area. And if he didn’t, he was going to need help in that area. Not from Tink, of course, she still happened to be a virgin too. But from some one like, Flynn. She looked back up at March and found hiim nodding, and he wouldn’t look her in the eye.
“March, it’s nothing to be ashamed of! You’re waiting for ‘the one’, some girls might even find that cute!” She smiled at March, then started whispering again. “But, you might want to think about learning some, er, tips in that area.” While she waited for March’s reply, she thought about if she would find it cute. No, she would probably want some one with expierience, but she couldn’t really see Gadget having any experience either, so she supposed it didn’t really matter.
"It's just that it is rather embaressing, that's all. But it makes sense I guess. My condition used to push a lot of people away. So getting close to someone, in that manner, was never possible." March muttered, before looking up at Tink. He set his fork down on the empty plate in front of him, feeling like not eating anymore. Learning tips, March thought, silently laughing to himself. Who would teach him tips? He had almost lost it weeks ago. The thought of it makes him think. It was really dark, and he almost lost control, but soon regained it as soon as August had called him. He remembers racing out the room buttoning up his shirt. He hasn't seen Peg since that day. The few days after that, he waited to run into her again, but it never happened. He had even retraced his steps to find her stateroom, knocking on it only to not be answered. For the next week, he sort of sulked around the ship, before finally realizing it didn't happen, cause it wasn't supposed to happen.
"I actually almost wasn't a virgin" he says more clearly, sitting up straight, as if to say 'sex isn't as far fetched as you think'. He grasped the cup of tea, taking another sip, to rid the feeling of a dry throat. "But that's in the past."
Time to Eat! {Tink & March}
Tink smiled the whole time March talked about her. Eventually she tuned out, because things were starting to get repetitive, and boring. She caught on to little snippets at a time, like ‘treasures education’ and ‘rules and regulations’. Tink was jerked back into reality when March stood up, declaring that more food was needed. This brought a genuine smile to her face, because she liked this side of March, the fun, exuberant side. Tink lost him in the sea of people, then looked back down to her meal. She had only eaten about half the plate, and wasn’t sure she wanted any more.
She patiently waited for March, which was not something Tink would usually do, but one million questions buzzed through her mind. How was he going to make his ‘move’, does she like him back etcetera. When he finally returned, Tink opened her mouth, but then shut it abruptly. She didn’t know how to put her first question. It was an awkward subject, and she didn’t really know why it was relevant But it some how, it seemed important, while they were speaking about ‘love’. Tink beckoned for March to lean forward and whispered, “March, are you a, um, a virgin?”
After getting a plateful of potato salad, March finds his way back to the table, where Tink is waiting for him. He notes the look of concentration on her face, and decides to wait for her to break the silence. He slides into his seat, and begins to eat.
March keeps an eye on Tink while eating, even catching her open her mouth, then rethinking, and shutting it. March continued to eat, taking bite after bite of salad. Tink looked at before motioning for him to come closer to her. He leaned in, right after taking a larger then normal bite. "March, are you a, um, a virgin?" she asks under her breath. March starts to slightly choke on his food, slightly surprised by how forward Tink was being. He beats himself on the chest, before he can get it down and catch his breath. "I, uhm, well, Tink, that's a surprising question". March leans back into his seat, glancing side to side, feeling his cheeks redden. He runs his hand through his hair, before slightly nodding. He holds his head down, unable to look back at Tink.
Morning everyone.
I have been getting rather antsy, anyone care to do something?
Hi All!
Does anyone have any clue where were stopping next? I'm mighty curious.
I've just ran out of the studels I bought in Budapest.
I will! Promise, cross my heart!
Well I can understand that. Clean slate and all that. Well that’s good to hear. Happiness is hard to come by sometimes, it seems.
It is, it really is.
And it shouldn't be. It should be easy. So easy. As easy as breathing, or thinking, or existing.
I've just ran out of the studels I bought in Budapest.
Well, I’ll give it a try anyway. Surely not as messy as painting. At least not for me, I’d like to think.
Oh, I see. Like a vacation type of get away, or to get away from things in general? Glad you are here though! You’re friendly, which is good on lots of different levels.
Awesome, tell me what you think of it.
And yes, I just had to get away. A fresh start per say. And thank you, I'm having a wonderful time so far, so I am happy as well.
I've just ran out of the studels I bought in Budapest.
You see anything interesting? Perhaps that could be my new hobby…sort of like bird watching?
Oh, okay. Do you actually get to teach anything, though? And how does one get the honor or doing that? Then March it shall stay!
Yes, watching people certainly passes the time easily. It does entail quite a bit of zoning out though.
And I don't really teach anything. Yet that is, It would be a joy to though. I was...pushed to be a student teacher. I studied English at University back home, and learned about an opportunity to learn and travel, and I needed to get away. So here I am.
I've just ran out of the studels I bought in Budapest.
That would be fun, I’m sure.
I’m sure you’re great at that too! Oh, I didn’t realize you were a teacher. Am I suppose to address you as sir? Well I’m sure you go to see something….or someone! Am I right??
That you are Jessie, I more or less people watching.
And I am a teacher. Well sorta. Kinda. I'm a student teacher. I help Mr. Topper in the English department, mostly grading papers and such. So no. There is no need at all to call me sir, March is fine.
Skype with Dr. Wonder
You are now connected with dr.wonder.
Dr. Wonder: Hello there March, how are you?
March: Hi Doc, I'm doing well....very well indeed, yourself?
W: I'm doing fine March, would you like to get started? I don't mean to rush, but the office has gotten rather busy since you've been here.
M: Yes, that's fine Doc, what do you wanna hear?
W: How was your time in....where were you? Ah Budapest, how was Budapest?
M: It was nice, cold, but nice. I spent most time in wine bars, or traveling the streets alone. It was a old, but gorgeous city.
W: I see, but no big social event?
M: Not in Budapest, I did tour a castle with a friend, but we spent more time looking at things rather then talking.
W: Ok, what about since you left Budapest? Anything social happen?
M: I've grown closer to people, made a few friends I think. They seem to like me.
W: Very good, very very good March! Your father will be excited to hear that. Anything else?
M: Nope, not that I can recall. Just floating along, ya know?
W: I do not, but I understand the reference. I must run along March, and we will be in touch soon. Safe travels.
M: Ok, tell my father and brother hello, goodbye Doc.
