Higuchi Yuko is a professional painter who lives in Japan.

She has collaborated with various companies such as GUCCI.

I love the movie posters she draws.

I especially like the horror film posters distributed by A24. I can't forget them once I see them.

■BORO　series

Boro is now gaining international recognition.

“BORO” refers to worn and useless textiles and old, torn, or patched clothes.

Based on Japanese kimono fabric. Old kimonos are remade into underwear, rugs, and rags instead of being thrown away. When it was torn, I repaired it with sashiko.

”Sashiko" is Japanese traditional hand embroidery and is widely used for many products such as judo uniforms and firefighter clothes.
