Yes Brene! “Creativity is the way I share my soul with the world” -Brene Brown
Creative Journaling 6 week course began last night with our book binding session, and together we created our new companions, to hold us through the 6 week course. What a wonderful beginning, pondering the possibility of what’s to come. (at Abbotsford Convent)
Creative Journalling Course starts tomorrow! There is one place left for the 6 week course and tonight is the deadline to book. Who will get the lucky last spot? (at Abbotsford Convent)

*New* Creative Transitions: Unlock your career direction. I will be collaborating with @fionaredshaw career and transition coach in the brand new workshop on June 3rd in Abbotsford. Curious? More info on my website. (Link in bio) (at Abbotsford Convent)
When was the last time you created some space, free from distractions, where you could connect with nature? You have permission. It makes such a difference. ——————. It’s not going to stop you achieving your goals, or making a difference in the world, because it actually energized you for the steps towards your goals and passion. ————————. This break that I have taken has given me space to ponder and reconnect with my passion, so that I can bring it back to my workshops, courses and individual art therapy inquirers! ————————. You always have permission to take a break and explore from a new perspective. I highly recommend it.
Creative Journaling Week 1- we created these new journal companions! We created spaces for ourselves to be, create, listen deeply and play! (at Abbotsford Convent)
Would you like to join me in person, create your own hand bound journal and explore the 5 elements in Chinese Medicine as a starting point? #creativejournaling no art experience necessary. We will approach the art making as processed focused rather than outcome focused. A safe place to play, create, share and be seen. We start 15th of feb! (at Abbotsford Convent)
Organic Sculpture- creating symbols of what is present in the moment, what is meaningful and what we would like to take with us as a reminder from Rainbow Serpent Festival. So wonderful to experience my second collaboration with Jacqui from @beautifulwastelandcreate as we co-created with 30 other participants! *photos shared with permission (at Rainbow Serpent Festival)

What a massive two days of Making with 20 other women at the eco printed journal making workshop! Thank you to each of you who made it what it was. Now for a much needed rest to integrate it all! (at Burrinja)
Eco printed journal making run by Amanda and Jacqui from @beautifulwastelandcreate here is the example of Jacqui’s journal. I will post mine in the next few days, I’m still working on it and doing my reflections of 2017as I get ready for the workshop and explore what insights and knowing I am taking with me into 2018. Thanks Jacqui for sharing your journal with us! Hope to see you on the 12th and 13th of January, there are a few places left. (at Burrinja)
A bit about Book binding for our workshop- I would love to tell you about how I learnt how to do a simple book bind from @fleassymalay and how we are incorporating this with eco printing with Jacqui from @beautifulwastelandcreate on the 12th and 13th of January- there are a few places left, we hope to see you!
