Today’s events have led to the filing of a domestic violence police report, following numerous filed reports of harassment, taking part over five months or more, and unreported harassment, violence, intimidation, and a case of breaking and entering. Weeks ago, the divorce paperwork was filed and sent to be served by their spouse.
TW and CW in the content to follow: domestic abuse and battery, violence, severe psychotic manipulation leading to trauma (such as gaslighting and reality manipulation), animal abuse, among others.
(Disclaimer and kind request: drb’s spouse will be easy to discern; please respect their privacy as this has become a matter of severe safety concern, and they are unwilling to contact anyone outside of law enforcement about this.)
Earlier today (Apr. 15, 2019), Danielryan Balderas forced their way into their ex-spouse’s home. They have been off of the lease to what drb insisted was “my fucking house” after having left the home by their admission in February (there is text document of Danielryan admitting this to both the landlord and their spouse, as well as Danielryan admitting to stalking their ex-spouse and visitors). They left the building before February to move to Rogers Park.
Their ex-spouse’s current partner attempted to intervene, shoved and yelled in response to Danielryan’s break-in. Danielryan then slammed the door to prevent any exit, nearly smashing their ex-spouse’s hand, shoving both their ex-spouse and ex-spouse’s current partner back to continue their violent, illegal behavior. All the while, insisting that the ex-spouse had been cheating, was “disgusting,” was “living in filth,” and had been hiding their things from them. drb’s current partner witnessed everything except the break-in, which was made very clear by their ex-spouse’s reaction.
It has been very clear to their ex-spouse that Danielryan’s entire intent was to manipulate and abuse, flying under the radar as long as possible to their ex-spouse until it was demanded they leave. They have twice, including this episode, entered the home unwelcome and unprompted (once through the unlocked back door and gate). This instance makes very clear that this behavior has gone beyond gaslighting (insisting, during their ex-spouse’s most weak of states, that drbc’s excessively abusive and manipulative behavior just didn’t happen, and that their ex-spouse was crazy). Accusations of cheating, ruining their life, and attempts at violence, followed by mocking the slow arrival of police, should prove beyond doubt that their behavior has become unhinged and truly dangerous to all.
Danielryan’s excuse for this break-in was to “get [their] shit back.” Their ex-spouse first contacted Danielryan Balderas to pick up their things on January 22nd, 2019, and again on February 24th. This was their ex-spouse’s attempt to clear an entire bedroom and half a living room worth of drb’s abandoned belongings.
This included thousands of dollars of musical equipment, video games, and other belongings, which were moved outside of Danielryan’s current residence in Rogers Park on March 16th. There is video, photo, and multiple witness proof of this. In their words, it “sounded like a lot of work for a thing [they don’t] want to do,” to pick up these thousands of dollars worth of equipment. They also had stolen and hidden their ex-spouse’s diaries. Only one of these would support MC Foucault’s “musical career.”
During this period, Danielryan paid no rent to their ex-spouse, who went nearly bankrupt to support drbc’s stagnant employment. It is hard to get work, but this falls in line with their numerous situations above, detailing their habits of bailing on rent. After their ex-spouse returned from holiday, they found that one of their cats had gone missing, which drbc referred to as “their little girl,” to the point that it was clearly hungry and hiding upstairs in their apartment complex. They admitted to not searching. This is line with behaviors detailed in prior reports.
Danielryan, multiple times, threatened suicide as means of manipulating their ex-spouse into getting their demands. Due to past events in their ex-spouse’s life, this is the most immense and powerful trigger they have, and Danielryan knows this. It is the lowest of manipulative behaviors; it is inhumane, bordering on psychopathic.
As noted, this is a call to action. Danielryan is an expert manipulator – clearly, very good at what they do. It would be understandable to believe them when they say that none of this ever happened. We implore you to believe that it did happen. The dangerous behavior of Danielryan Balderas, MC Foucault, drb, whatever their chosen name at any point in time, has resulted in severe trauma for their ex-spouse, bordering on paralyzing. They have been, at numerous times, afraid to leave their house, or attend therapy, due to Danielryan knowing the locations.
Until Danielryan makes serious changes, they have no place in our community. Our community is full of the vulnerable who are seeking a better life, a better space, and sometimes, just something as simple as a Friday night to spend with friends and loved ones outside of their home. If this person’s behavior is allowed to continue, all of them are at risk. Think of those you love. Think of anyone you’ve danced with at a concert. Think of anyone you’ve had a meaningful conversation with. And think about any of this happening to them.
Danielryan will tell lies. Danielryan will have fake screenshots. They will falsify timestamps and behaviors, as has been well-documented. Danielryan will have repulsive, slanderous lies by the dozen.
What we have is the truth, documented by law, eyewitnesses, and the true abuse of someone who was found at their most vulnerable by a serial abuser, manipulator, and a truly dangerous human being.
