Major locations in Middle-earth: Part III
I was there three thousand years ago when Isildur took the Ring. I was there the day the strength of Men failed. I led Isildur into the heart of Mount Doom, where the Ring was forged, the one place it could be destroyed. It should’ve ended that day, but evil was allowed to endure.

That’s why I came back, ‘cause you don’t have one. A home. It was taken from you. But I will help you take it back if I can.

“The face of Elrond was ageless, neither old nor young, though in it was written the memory of many things both glad and sorrowful.”
The time of the elves is over. Do we leave Middle-Earth to its fate? Do we let them stand alone?
I will not say, do not weep,
for not all tears are an evil
