Regarding the Nevermore discord situation as the accused (Crimson). I would like to explain everything that happened from my point of view. I am also posting this off my own accord as well.
About 6-7 months ago I joined the nevermore discord. I was a very active member and joined a few side discords for specific fanfics but I mainly kept things to public servers. I would never 1 on 1 chat with anyone much younger than me. I have never once sought out minors in any way.
But how this all started is I one day made a drawing of Lenore and a bunch of people in hideout were simping over it. That’s when one of them (not me) suggested to make a group chat where we could explicitly say whatever we want. (Not a public server like some people thought). It was then called “Women Lovers”. I was invited to it and wasn’t the one who invited any other members. I only really knew one other member (the one who invited me and made the gc), and one wasn’t even from the nevercord server. Everyone was saying very explicit things about the nevermore characters (things they wanted to do to them/things wanted to be done to them and etc). I didn’t just straight out the ballpark start sending explicit images, everyone was interacting (however, I know that is not an excuse for my behavior. I’m not blame shifting because we are all to blame). Anyways, at the time I was writing a one shot Nurse Dolly x y/n nsfw fanfic. I shared a small screenshot, and the people in the gc either asked for more or didn’t say anything. So then I sent the link to the google doc (but I have since deleted this fic.) After that, I also shared a small screenshot of a nsfw scenario thing I was making an ai bot write about the nevermore characters. Some then asked me to share more, and so I did. When one member seemed uncomfortable with one of the kinks presented in the material, I asked everyone if they wanted me to delete it. The literal person who got uncomfortable said it was fine to not delete, and then one other member also said for me to not delete it. The rest of the members stayed quiet. Even if I didn’t ask, I gave people opportunity to tell me to take it down or to tell me they were minors. I also wasn’t the creator of the group chat. I could’ve been kicked at any time. And as for ages, I didn’t ask at the start of the bc because 1) I didn’t make the gc and didn’t invite the people (which I’ve stated). 2) I have stated my age (early 19) to many people in the nevercord discord and it has also always been in my bio so even if I didn’t know other peoples ages they knew mine. And 3) it was literally started to be nsfw in the first place, so why would I not assume that it was fine?
So I think the group chat lasted about 3 days? Maybe a lil more or less I don’t remember exactly. That was when it was suddenly deleted, I started getting people blocking me, and then I was banned. I never groomed anyone, never sought any minors out, never told anyone that I was “waiting for them to be legal to marry them.” All of these are lies and misinformation that I have no idea why are being spread around. I have never said anything romantic or explicit towards another member of the community no matter their age. There is also some people saying a 12 year old was in the group chat, which I have no idea if that’s true and is awful to think about. Discord is 13+ so I don’t even know why they are on discord in the first place, much less accepting invites to a nsfw group chat. Or why they were even invited in the first place. I, once again, didn’t invite anyone and didn’t know anyone invited. I was not in charge of that.
I wanted to come back to the server because I loved the community and the art, and also discussing new webtoon episodes. I knew nothing was going to go back to the way it was, and I wasn’t planning on being as active as I had been, but I also wasn’t expecting a bunch of people to come out and call me a pedophile and the mods and red pedo defenders. They dealt with the evidence that was given to them, and it’s hard when people are making up a bunch of stuff, all the evidence given was heavily edited (stuff blocked out or it was only my short messages and nothing else shown), and I have no evidence of my own. After this whole incident, it probably would’ve been wiser of me to just stay gone and not ask for an appeal. Even if I wasn’t intending to hurt anyone, the hurt was still there. When I got my ban message I was just disgustingly beside myself, and still am. Even if both parties are at fault, and freshly new or not, I am still legally an adult at the end of the day. My actions have had consequences, and I own up to my part 100%. It was a mistake I will never repeat again.
Concluding notes, I am once again very terribly sorry for everything that has happened, and I know people call it crap but I never meant to harm anyone at all. I’m very sorry for all of the drama and hurt this has caused. I’m not expecting forgiveness or even understanding from any of you, but I do want the truth of what happened to be out there. Thank you.
