When the temperamental spring days transitioned into a stubborn unforgiving summer, It was hard to sleep at night. The hot air, So thick with humidity Suffocated me. The perspiration made me sticky, I wanted to crawl out of my skin. My anxious thoughts speeding through my mind Against the sluggish heat Suffocated me.

It’s summer again And it’s not quite the same The heat and humidity as relentless as before But physically, I seem to have adjusted Still bothersome, but not as excruciating Yet my thoughts Forever conspiring against me Keeping me awake on these Summer nights Suffocating me.

Today was my last day doing the DJ program. Killed it during my live performance, everyone gave me high fives after and said my song selection was sick. I'm glad I mustered up the will to take these courses, and now im more confident pursuing DJ'g, whether it will be just a hobby or turn into a profession😉 (at Dubspot)
