Four year old me was actually crazy. Apparently the doctor had asked me to draw for a test and I said “I can’t draw, it doesn’t look good.” Zero shame, not a hint of a smile, just the honest truth. When he reassured me that it doesn’t have to look good, I said “If it doesn’t look good, it looks bad.” Astute observation, child. Truly a writer in the making
I mean, really haven’t changed at all. I’m still extremely self-critical and always looking for nice ways to phrase things. I wanna hug younger me and tell them to speak up more and get used to asking for help. And also not to believe their mother when she tells them that “Everyone is like this.” No mother, it’s called AuDHD and you can find it in the DSM-5. Don’t listen to the doctor who thinks taking one look at a patient is enough to diagnose them (I have some beef with that doctor)

My neighbour said that I can come to her house anytime since I don’t have any internet at the moment and she even gave me a key. Should I actually consider this offer or not? I really wanna download some things and work on my Rebellion analysis, but I feel awkward coming to someone’s house just for the wifi

I actually find it really funny and cute that Naru-chan is the only one with two songs to her name (not counting Luminous Crown for Tsukasa). They seem like gifts to her, like countless chances to let herself shine and share her love.
It would be really funny if Leo was just really pissed off with Izumi one day so he wrote him a villain song as revenge. “Watch me make you evil” he said, only to regret it when Izumi actually liked it.
“Alright, happy Luminous Crown time is over. Suo, you’re getting a villain arc.”

Analysing Rebellion! The King’s Horseback Ride is really fun because it’s basically just Leo and Tsukasa projecting their insecurities onto one another
Tsukasa is afraid of being a burden and feels inadequate for being “childish”/acting on his emotions. He sees these exact behaviours in Leo, which is why Leo REALLY pisses him off. Self-loathing, woo!
Leo I’m less sure about, because I don’t know what he was like during the War, but the hints in Rebellion seem to suggest that he didn’t give it all he had to protect Knights and made a fatal mistake (or that’s what he believes happened). He tells Tsukasa that it’s his own fault if he makes a mistake on stage and that he should take this seriously (it doesn’t matter if they’re overworked). More self-loathing, woo!
Izumi also points out early on that Leo used to be a lot like Tsukasa is now, which makes this even more interesting
had a dream lastnight where you were also the mod of a popular petsite and i went wait, is that the same asher-dear? wow it is! and then i moved on to sorting stickers, yelling at my wife (she put things away wrong), and herding chickens that inexplicably looked and acted like guinea pigs. (but they were chickens, i swear.)
This is made so much funnier by the fact that the only pet I ever had was a fish and it died on like day two 😭
I need to know though, did I sell you the chicken-guinea pigs? And is that why they’re like that?
