Day 2 Mini-journal
I have a free day today, so I was thinking I’d go to the park and have a bento picnic!
Today’s Goal: Run/Walk the entire River Walkway Trail. (2 miles)
The key ingredients to weightloss!
Day 1 Overview
Daily Goal: Eat healthy at work break. (Reached!)
Workout: Light, due to morning illness. Swinging and sit ups.
Calorie Count: 1,123 (Within the 1,500 limit!)
Today was successful!
I has a small chicken taco salad for dinner. 311 calories. (Daily goal reached!)
Had a halo mandarin and fruit strip as a snack. 85 calories.

Went to the park to swing for an hour. (Internet says that is exercise.) Did 25 sit ups at home. Enjoying a beefed up protein shake now. (1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 12 oz skim milk, 1 overripe banana, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup and a splash of maraschino cherry juice to taste. 405 calories.)
Late breakfat today of taco-flavored scrambled eggs and salsa, oranges and clementines and maraschino cherries, ice water and hazelnut/caramel earl grey tea. And I will enjoy it while watching another episode of Daredevil! ♡

Day 1 Mini-journal
Off to a shaky start. Woke up to be sick at 6:00 this morning, then fell immediately back asleep. I feel fine but I missed my morning run. Luckily, I should have time to do it later today.
Today’s goal: Eat a salad during break at work today. No more huge grilled burritos.
Day 0: Goals and Milestone Prizes
It’s important to set goals, right? It’s also important to reward yourself for doing well. These are a few things I’ll look forward to:
Current weight: 185
Down to 180: New lipstain. (Red, maybe?)
Down to 175: New Perfume.
Down to 170: Re-pierce second ear holes.
Down to 165: Buy new shoes.
Down to 160: Pierce right ear cartilage.
Down to 155: More lipstain.
Down to 150: Pierce left ear cartilage.
Down to 145: Buy those three posters you wanted.
Down to 140: $50 bucks to spend on new earrings.
Down to 135: Final goal reached!! $300 for new clothes. (Take old stuff to Plato’s Closet! Plan a celebration day! Go shopping, take yourself to the movies and take a rest day.)
