What if Sparx made really awful puns ?

Like, since Spyro can’t exactly fly (I’m talking about the older games, I’m not the world’s biggest fan of the newer ones) Sparx could be all like, “GEE SPYRO, YOU SURE ARE DRAGON BEHIND!! HAHA!”

And Spyro would just be like

I was looking up character reference for our bachelor movie when I accidently stumbled upon the remake of Spyro for the Skylanders games when I dropped my jaw! I don’t know why they changed him, but it sanded my nostalgic heart when i saw what he had become… so I had to draw him as i remember him <3

He nodded, without a question the dragon was right, size didn´t matter that much.

" Can´t deny that."

Then he blinked his eyes.

"Wait a minute… you can speak??"- he asked with a surprised tone.

"Of course I can."

Why was he so surprised? These humans were weird.

"What? You've never seen a talking dragon before?"

"I don’t understand…this can’t be real," he mutter to himself with yet another shake of his head.

This had to be a figment of his imagination, or a dream, a rather realistic one at that. He ever so slowly moves one paw to lightly tap the top of the smaller dragons head, before pulling back quickly. Far to real for his liking. This was far from a dream.

It takes him a moment to get his bearings, but he still had manners, “ahh…yes! Um, I’m Spyro….you?” he mentions while thoughts of how this happened raced through his head.

It was obvious the other dragon was just as confused as he was. Another purple dragon... that seemed preposterous! After all, there was only one every ten generations and this guy definitely didn't look ten generations old.

A quizzical look appears on his face at the tap to his head (not to mention how fast the other pulled away).

"Spyro? W--What?"

Now it's his turn to step back in surprise, shaking his head again. Another purple dragon by the name of Spyro, just how likely was that!? This was all too unreal.

"I--I mean, my name's Spyro, too!"

Yup, I got back into Spyro. I just had to draw cute baby dragons~ ^^

"Well, I’m part of the human race."

She smiled as he placed his paw in her hand and gently shook it.

"Nice to meet you, Spyro."

"By the way, are you okay from the crash?  It looked like it hurt you a little bit."

"You, too."

Human? That was one species he'd never heard of before. At Yuni's concern, he nods his head reassuringly.

"Yeah, I'm used to it."

The human just watched the dragon for a minute in awe before helping him down and standing back up.

""H-Hey, it’s okay.  No harm, no foul."

She smiled reassuringly to the little guy before kneeling to his level.  Yuni was used to seeing Lombaxes, so may as well get used to seeing a dragon.

"I see…  Never seen dragons around here before."

She offers a hand for a handshake.

"Oh, sorry.  My name’s Yuni."

"That's weird... but I guess I haven't seen much of your kind, either."

Spyro glaces at her outstretched hand with confusion. It was an odd gesture, yet she seemed to be expecting something. Hesitantly, he places his paw in hers.

"Yuni? I'm Spyro."

*The Moo would then nod, headding back out of the Dragon temple as he began to get to work, pulling down weak thick branches from nearby trees, a few trips back and forth later, the Moo then placed the last bunch of thick branches down in the pile*

"Welp, that’ll be enough I think"

"Looks like it. Now-- stand back."

Spyro takes a few steps back himself. Summoning the flames within him, he opens his mouth and flames spew forth, lighting the wood on fire. He looks to Darren, already able to feel the room heating up.

"Is that better?"
