2/10: partner workout at Crossfit Eminence. Thrusters and burpees
2/13: Street Parking WOD. 7+8. Bench dips, 20# DB, jumped over a bench. Ran 1 mile.
2/14: Street Parking WOD. 8:57. 20# DBs, 30# KBS. Ran 1 mile.

Today was my first day back to working out since vacation - ouch.
1 mile run in 9:45/rest 3 min/50 devil’s thrusts for time - 10# DBs for 15:54. Gotta start back somewhere.

3: kneeling ball slams & 20 mountain climbers
4: 10 box jumps & 10 thrusters
5: 5 pull up negatives, 10 push-ups, 10 jumping squats
