As you poetry heads may know, the Bowery remodeled a few years back and went time without having a slam and/or team representing them. This will all change come January 11th, 2016! I am excited to FINALLY announce that I will be the new Slammaster of the Bowery Poetry Club! A new slam, a new host, a new vibe, DJ, live music, a beautiful venue, popping features and a new house of poetry to add onto the list of NYC's already boss scene! More info on our bonkers opening night soon. (It is actually going to be ridiculous !) Thanks to those who encouraged my young, brown self to take this position, lets do this! Mad love to y'all.
