“Fucking peachy.” He answered, making a face at the nickname sugar. Sebastian had never been a fan of any pet names, the exception being largely when Ivy had used them. Of course, Ivy would never use one quite so stupid sounding. He slid her drink to her, draining half of his almost as soon as it landed in front of him. “What do you want, Ash?”
“So sarcastic. I see not much has changed. Minus the hair of course.” She said reaching over to run her hand over his short do. “What do you think I want? To catch up. Have a drink or too...some old time sake sort of things”

“I owe you a drink?” Sebastian scoffed, although her words managed to wrench a single chuckle from him as he shook his head, sitting back and getting more comfortable as he settled in. He had wanted company - any company - and she was here. So why the fuck not? “Mmm.” He nodded, surprised she remembered.

Ashley smiled her best sweetest Tennesse charm as she settled in with her self writing quill and a secondary note book. “I’ve been working for the paper for about a year now, full time. But I joined the family shortly after school. Now enough about me. How long have youuu been playing music?”

Ashley laughed, a bubbly sort of thing. “Cute, of course you do. Oh come on now, don’t tell me you’ve forgotten about me?” She asked with a little playful pout, leaning over to show off her chest to him. There above her left breast was a unique flower tattoo. A Fancy ‘A’ in the middle of it. “It hasn’t been that long has it?”
Sebastian was about to answer - of course he had forgotten about her - but then she was leaning forward, and his eyes weer drawn down to exactly where it seemed she wanted them. And he did remember. “Ashley.” He murmured, finding it difficult to bring his eyes back to hers. “It’s been….quite a while.”
"It's been far to long. So long in fact. You owe me a drink." She teased, making sure to keep his view pleasant as she sat beside him and ordered them each another round. " You still drink that right hunny?"

“Originally, yeah, my family owns the inn and my younger sister is the manager here,” he replied. “I come now and again to keep her company.”
There was a flirty sparkle in her eye as he admitted he was local. Cute and local, just what she needed. "Is that So? So you, sugar, would know the best local remedy to a long day?"

He had been staring into his glass for the past thirty minutes, not taking a sip. He had told himself he would sober up, and yet here he was, like always, with a glass of gin in his hand. He was despicable. Cursing as someone hit him, he turned, glaring daggers at the culprit. She looked so familiar, and as she spoke she clearly knew him. He racked his brain, but nothing came to him. “Do I know you?”

Ashley was checked in and settled into her room at the Inn. She was here on business and after her portkey travel and still not hearing from Sebastian She needed a little break. She headed down the stairs, checking her cellphone as she walked the stairs not seeing the person in front of her. Usually she was better at walking and texting but just this once she collided with a man at the bottom. “Oh boogers! I am so sorry!”

Some people would call what Ashley was doing stalking, she preferred well informed fate. Between her resources from her job and Sebastian inability to change his passwords ever Ashley had found out he was single again. This was her chance to get him back, make him see what he was missing. So she’d put on her more appealing clothes, things she knew he liked and made sure to do her hair and make up just so. Her plan was to just happen to be at the bar he told his brother he was going too that night. Sammy was terrible about his passwords too. She grinned as she seen him sat at the bar, fixing her boobs and hair before grabbing her drink and ‘accidentally’ bumping into him. “Oh my god, I’m so sorry!! I didn’t---Sebastian? Sebastian Casey? Oh my god it’s been forever!”
