Note that this was printed out on a thin cardboard that allows you to punch items out.

These scans are from the Animal Crossing School Diary book sold in Japan for 2007-2008 schedule & note keeping.
These aren't all of the pages, but essentially there are pages for every month from March 2007 through March 2008. Each month had a full calendar page with fish & bugs you can catch for that month, places to enter things happening for each day, and spots to enter your in game accomplishments for that day. Some months included a Notes section. There are also pages for note keeping specifically, and some fun little letters you can tear out.

This is the Animal Crossing GameCube stationary set that was only available as a Club Nintendo reward for Japan. Comes with stickers, eight different envelopes, and three pieces of matching stationary per envelope.
