He could feel himself blushing. Troian was really…romantic. It caught him by surprise really. He pulled away slowly, guilt growing inside him, as he hadn’t gotten anything for him.

"Far better than those chalky atrocities everywhere.” He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, “Sorry for not always being here….”

He frowned in confusion, shaking his head. “Wh-what? But you are here..”

"Now, yes, but you are already aware that my time here is spotty at best… and I apologize for that. Pretty shitty for a lover to be gone."

"Troian" he said, placing a small kiss on his cheek. "It's ok. It's actually kinda...good for me, right now. For me to have space, to get better, is good."

Johnny nuzzled into the pillow, slowing waking up. His hand moved from round the pillow he was hugging in his sleep, brushing some hair out of his face, when he opened his eyes slightly, and jumped a bit. “Goodness Troi! Morning I guess” he said, smiling up at him. “You ok?”

Johnny edged himself closer, going with the kiss, but kept the duvet between them. He wasn’t ready for anything further than kissing.

Troian pulled back after a moment, “Are you awake now? I’m terribly bored.”

He began to laugh, pulling the covers up over his mouth in an attempt to make himself stop..

He groaned and flopped himself across the wolf, “I’m booooooooooooored. Wake up.”

Johnny submerged himself completely, finding the demons child-like comment too much.

Mally looked up from the staff paper he was scribbling on and grinned a bit lopsidedly, “Hey, pup.” He grabbed his tea and took a sip, making a face when he realized it had gone cold and bitter, all the sugar having sunk to the bottom, “Have a seat. Want some tea?” He shoved the papers haphazardly into the notebook he was working from and snapped it shut, leaving it on the kitchen table as he stood to reheat the water.

"She left" he said flatly, trying not to convey any emotion in the statement, hoping it would pass. He knew he’d get overly emotional, and he didn’t want to cry anymore for the people that left him. "Milk and sugar please"

Mally came back with the milk and sugar, setting them down on the table with a pair of spoons, “I know… I hoped- Did she talk to you?” He wasn’t good that this sort of thing, but he had tried to talk Ada into saying goodbye- saying anything. The mouse was getting the feeling it hadn’t worked.

Johnny froze, staring at Mally with wide eyes. "Y-you knew she was leaving me?" His voice cracked and he had to look away, feeling the familiar pang of heartache growing inside of him. Moving a hand up to wipe his watery eyes before he lost control, he looked up again and spoke. "No, she just disappeared."

"Did I fall asleep?" - Troian

Johnny chuckled lightly, sitting back up straight on the couch. He’d been slumped, taking the demons weight as he’d fallen asleep against him whilst they watched a film.

"Yeah, just for about forty minutes though…"

He absently chewed his lip and shook his head, “No, no, I’ve gotten all of that out of my system over the years. I do appreciate the offer.” He leaned down to mimic the wolf in playing with the lip ring, not being discreet about his like of the piercing at all.

Johnny couldn't help but smile, turning the playing into a kiss, placing his hands on the demons waist.

"Happy Valentines Day, wolfie."

"A….thank you….happy valentines Troi." He grinned biting a head off a bacon rose, giggling slightly.

"You’re welcome. Seemed better than plain flowers." Troian leaned down to kiss the wolf.
