My name is Pearl S. Moon! You can simply call me Pearl, or Pearlescent!
I currently live on a server by the name of Double-Life with 13 other, unfortunately dead and buried, acquaintances! I saw a few people go to other servers back in the day, but I haven't let it cross my mind yet. I probably wouldn't be able to even if I tried.
I know I used to be on another server, Cleo said it herself, but for the life of me, I can't seem to recall the name. It's probably for the better.
I am a brown wolf and some other hybrid, my visible traits are a 'lil tail, and ears that come and go. I also have stubby wings, but they aren't important.
Since about.. what is it now- eh. Since the early days of 2023, I have had access to the internet through my Comm-unit. I found a way to hook it up to an external cable in Grian's now torn up base, and it updated my Comm-unit with almost no difficulty. I downloaded this app called Tumblr, and now I'm here!
Someone told me about Tumblr once or twice, I barely let it pass my mind, but I just recently recalled it. My memory's just a little bit foggy.
Now, I feel like that's enough having to do with my life. I'm super excited to see what people ask me!

Pearl
- 26 years old. (Following canon & cc compliance!)
- She/Her. (They/them is completely welcome!)
- Wolf, and a moth. She has deformed and featherless wings that are much smaller than the average moths. Her tail is much shorter and stubbier than her dogs, as it was cut off in a more brutal fight with Martyn in session 6.
- Currently, she doesn't know about Hermitcraft, or any of the other life series. She hasn't been to any servers besides Double Life.
- This follows cdl!Pearl (canon double life), and a collection of small headcanons! It doesn't follow much Hermitcraft background, but references will obviously slip through.
- In newer posts [ January 9th, 2025 ] I will be showing her actions as following my canon she figured out how to use her front camera. Her actions will be played through bold red text. EXAMPLE: "[she waves at the camera, a small smile spreading across her face.]" <- as of january 21st i'm thinking of discontinuing it 😭

We could've been better to each other, but then again, could we really? It was always fate. Oooh, and I miss Grian. No matter when it is, I miss Well, only sometimes. Not like, 24/7. [she made a motion towards something out of camera, then made a small kissy noise. tilly walked into frame, her tail wagging.]
Hi Tilly, look there- no, not at my hand, at my communicator. You- Jeez louise, just look over here.
[tilly looked away from the camera, and pearl sighed aloud, watching tilly walk away.]
Okay, well, you do you then. There'ya go, anon, I was gonna get her to sit and do a wave at the camera, but no. Take this with a grain of salt, I'm thinking of not continuing my whole.. recording shabazz, unless it's necessary.
[pearl smiled at the camera, giving a slightly grim expression, then reaching and hitting the camera stop button.]
[her eyes lit up as the video flickered for a few seconds. the scar on her eye was not all that prominent anymore, it looked like a dirt smudge.]
FINALLY! Oh, man! This has taken me longer than really expected.
[her tone was sharp and nervous. her hair was very dirty, and she seemed way over the moon for just talking to a camera]
I didn't expect this to be able to work, if I'm honest! This took me so long to actually set up, a camera isn't the easiest thing, y'know! Okay-- uhh, I wasn't actually thinking about what to say or do when I record, um... I might need to clean my base before a tour, oh!- TILLY!
[she cupped her hands over her mouth, and the sound of hefty animal footsteps started coming into earshot, and she smiled brightly]
Okay, this is Tilly! You know her, but- oh, Tilly, come on girl, the camera won't hurt you.
[her hands went out of frame and she gently pulled a dog into view, her hands shifting to scratch the sides of tilly's head]
I think that's all I have to show you, really.. uhm.. There's not much more that I could really do for the camera right now-- I guess that's alright.
[she reached towards the camera, hands holding the side, and she made a face as she tapped against the screen - the camera cut off.]

< PearlescentMoon > Sure! It's like, two odd L shapes, very mis-proportioned. One is upside down, the other isn't. They're both cut off on their longer sides, leaving just a small square? It was probably there before, but now it's really clear- Tilly stole my communicator, then buried it, so my ports're jammed. Sorry for not updating you guys! I'm sure 'ya missed me.
