Hello!
So I was going through my old phone, and found my old tumblr!
I thought it’d be cool to repurpose it into an ask blog for me and my boyfriend Airy!
you guys can ask us questions and such, heres some info!

They hesitantly approach holding a tray of freshly baked cupcakes.
"Heya!! care for some cupcakes?? I was, uh... trying to see if I could theme them a little, but I don't exactly know how to decorate cupcakes, haha... but they're blueberry and orange flavors for the frosting, if it wasn't obvious by the coloring! The brown wrapper ones have a chocolate base, and the beige wrapper means vanilla base! ...Sorry, I should've asked what flavors you guys liked before I made these..."
They realize they're rambling now, and trail off with a small, sheepish smile.
"Nevermind that!! Just... tell me if you like them! I don't bake often."

His eye goes wide, pawing at River's legs with two of his arms while the other pair kept him upright by holding the ground.

Eating out of his hand like an animal. Actually, now he's putting River's entire hand in his mouth. His tongue is wrapping around it all the way up to his elbow. This is kind of terrifying, really.

SMS approaches River almost sheepishly.
" Hey, uhm, if you don't mind me asking, is that guy over there your lover? " They ask, gently tapping the other object's shoulder. (??)
" i may have run him over with my car. "

"I have a package for a Mr. River here? It's from a Miss..." The mailman squinted a little at the paper he was holding. "A Miss Yull Now?"

The package trembled for a moment before bursting open, with a tiny Portrait inside.
"SURPRISE! ITS ME!"
The tiny Portrait looked around, before blinking sheepishly. She rubbed her hands together awkwardly, before looking up at River.
"Sorry about that, I seem to have misjudged the size the package would be before transport. If you'll just give me a moment..." She hopped down onto the ground, her size just Ridiculously tiny compared to usual, and started fiddling with something on her wrist.
Soon Portrait shot up into her normal size, wobbling a moment at the sudden shift, before grinning at River. "Hello my dear friend! You and your dear companion have been Graciously invited to visit the set of our Glorious Show! At the request of our Ratings Board no less!" She mumbled something about "diversity" before continuing. "Theres no pressure of course, but Honestly, who Wouldn't want to see our set!? The crew have done such a Wonderful job, and would Love to see a new face around!"
She took River's arm gently but firmly. "You may want to hold on tight! And don't you worry my fine compatriot! I shall return your lover with care!" Before anyone could protest, Portrait hit a button on her wrist and reality seemed to warp around them. It was quite the nauseating feeling the first time, but soon everything stabilized, and River and Portrait were now standing in one of the box seats in the theater.
"Welcome my Wonderful Friend, to our theater! I'd say Showtime is in an hour, but I seem to have miscalculated the timing, so you'll be able to mingle with everyone for Two hours! What a great time to have!"

"Absolutely Wonderful my good friend! I'll introduce you!" Seemingly not getting the sarcasm, Portrait began down the steps to the main stage.

“ Hi. ”
His speech is short and awkward, tilting his head to the side as he looked over both his counterpart and the other stranger.
“ Huh? I- oh. You mean the. Okay. ”
Originally getting a bit confused hearing the stranger say his name, he pieced together that he was speaking to the other version of himself.
“ Your face is. Fixed. Mine… uh. Isn't. ”
Muttering out his observation. There were… plenty of differences, but it's still clear that both lanterns had plenty in common as well.
“ Who is. The… cup. ”
I DON’T DO THIS USUALLY CAUSE USUALLY THERE ISNT TWO OF YOU!!

“ Part… ner? ”
Tapping two of his claws together, peeking over solely at the cup as he lightly blushed and huffed out a bit of smoke.
“ O… oh. So he likes. You. But that would mean. He likes me. Kind of. Whoa. ”
Now looking away, slightly flustered while wringing those same two claws together as the other two rested on the knob on his copper body.
“ I don't. Think I've ever had. One of those. ”
“ So that's why. You're… blushing? ”
Taking a few steps closer to the cup in question, looking down at him with curiosity akin to a cat.
“ …hi. You seem. Okay. Um. I can't… tell what drink you are. And you're not empty. So I can't… call you. Cup. because it would be. Innacurate. ”
Leaning in a bit closer- clearly he's not really used to personal space or people in general.
“ Um. Is it… tea? Are you… tea? Do I call you that? You have. Nice warm colors. Those are my favorite… kind. What do you… do. As a partner? I've only… seen. Footage. Of them on cameras. I'm usually… completley alone. ”
A small click is heard as a little flame ignites in his globe, eye widening ever so slightly at the mention of kissing.
“ K. Kiss? Whoa. ”
Holding a claw up to his own cracked mouth, struggling to imagine himself doing such a thing. He's never really gotten close to anyone like that. …or at all, from what he remembers.
“ I've also. Only ever seen that on the cameras. And other places on the computer. ”
Sitting next to River, wrapping his tail around himself with a faint smile.
“ I don't. Cuddle… either. I mean. I try to. With my tail sometimes. But it can't cuddle back. What does that… feel. Like. ”
..it's becoming increasingly obvious that this guy is incredibly lonely.
“ You are. Here. Yeah. ”
Mumbling into his tail, resting his eye for a moment. He didn't seem to catch on to the obvious hint at first- but after a moment, he opens his eye and looks over to River.
“ …oh. Oh, you're. Oh. ”
Letting go of his tail as it thumped against the ground, looking down at his own monstrous arms and then back to River's… fairly normal ones.
“ You'd… want to. Hug. Me? Even if I. Look like… uh. This? I… I don't. Look. Normal. I used to look like. Uh. ”
Looking over to the other version of himself. He… felt a bit of shame when comparing, actually. He quickly looked away, using his shade to hide most of his face in the shadow of it.
“ …that. More like that. I… don't. Any… more. I scare away… the animals. In the forest. Without… meaning. To. ”
(OOC: IM SORRY I HAD TO DRAW AIRY AS THE ANT THING ITS SO FUNNY TO ME)
“ You… always? Say that? Have you met other people? With four arms? ”
For a moment, he has hope that there might be others like him. Maybe he's not the only version of himself changed like this.
“ Oh… you found. Him. I'm… uhm. Not. Found. I guess. I still live in the forest. I don't… think. There's going to be the same. Thing happening for me. I gave up hope of that. A long time ago. I hardly… had any to begin with. "
He seemed somber- though only for a moment. His tone and his face go back to being monotone.
“ At least I'm not. Alone. For a few minutes. ”
Eye going wide, wasting no time in letting out a little mrrp and skittering over on all six limbs, curling up on River's lap and letting out loud, broken purrs.
“ Pl… please. Please. Please please please. Please. ”
Both acting like a cat and purring like one, he also somehow was whimpering like a puppy for attention. A weird mixture of creatures- making his own weird species.
Soon wrapping all four arms around him, nuzzling into River as he purred with everything he had. It's like he's nuzzling and making the rumbling noise for a matter of life or death as a small tear fell from his face and plinked against the sweet tea's cup. Airy didn't even notice it, and his face didn't display any sorrow, either.
“ U… um. Thank… s. Thanks. ”
While his face didn't show emotion, his voice wavered a little bit at the end of his thanks.
