~There be captions on those pictures~ There is a Legend about these Shooting Stars, that claims they predict new arrivals. Milletians, a name which means From the Stars, are not of Erinn. No one knows where they are truly from, but many have their own opinions. One fateful night, during a meteor shower, a young priest witnessed a shooting star land not to far from his parish in Emain Macha. He went to investigate, curiosity overcoming him. He did not expect to find, of all things, a child amongst the tall grass and flowers. The Priest could not leave such a fragile being behind. So he took the boy back to the church with him, where he would be raised surrounded by Lymilark's teachings. Years passed and the child became a young boy. A Paladin stopped by the Church. He noticed the young boy and turned to the Priest. They were looking for more able young men for their ranks. Monsters seemed to be more and more numerous, as well as more and more aggressive. The young boy seemed able enough, he'd be much more useful on the front line instead of hiding behind books and teachings. The Priest could not make the decision and told the Paladin to ask the boy himself. Only he could make the decision of putting his life in the hand of others. And so the Paladin did. After a lengthy discussion the Boy reluctantly agreed. He was expected at the training grounds behind the castle early the next morning... [This is only Part 1, Part 2 will be up a bit later!]
