just drawing flavi in maternity clothes,,,,,,for no reason,,,,,,,of course no reason,,,,,
seti culture story time! ket and keta (the “females” of seti society) don’t have a “general” personality. so in maternity fashion, there are two basic sides - those who are shy and dress to cover up and those who display their pregnancy with pride. on the left is a basic maternity outfit, with soft cloth and an elastic waistband for both comfort and support. the top is airy and loose, keeping the mother cool but also protected from the sun and prying eyes. many young mothers dress this way because they are insecure that they’re starting to lose their slim figure. but more experienced mothers (or more confident ket and keta) will show off their body, even going as far as getting a temporary tattoo on their stomach for the duration of their pregnancy. either way, ket and keta are highly celebrated when they conceive a child, since fertility is highly sought-after. that symbol you see on both the shawl and the tattoo is the traditional symbol of fertility in seti culture, with the top two triangles representing tohk and tohka (the “males” of seti society) and the bottom two triangles representing ket and keta. and the point of union, of course, represents conception and the creation of new life.
