I've started seeing a psychotherapist and officially diagnosed with depression which can be more specifically dysthymia. I'm going to go on SSRIs. I want to say thank you for the ones who have stuck with me for the longest time through all my fandom transitions. My therapist is trying her best to break me out of this idea where I feel the need to please everyone instead of myself with my fanart. Don't get me wrong; I do love the fandoms I do art for, but the fear of losing followers for whatever current fandom I was popping off on was another thing that was just causing me so much anxiety that I was scared to post anything unrelated. I am going to focus on making myself happy because in the end, who will be the only one with me every day and every second for the rest of my life? Hopefully, stripping down one source of anxiety will work in the long run.

This is only one smidget to work on. I have so much more to think about and try to find clarity with my therapist.
