((Wait, the member of the group they lost was a sylveon, a sylveon evolves because it cares lots about someone, so by process of deduction the sylveon must've cared lots about one of the group members: and judging by aerin's reaction, he may have been the closest to said group member, by my deductive reasoning, may I conclude that aerin might've had a *shockingly* good relationship with said sylveon. Or maybe I'm just spewing nonsense, who knows? Only you have the answers...))
