- He's a Chemistry assistant teacher.

- Wears a gasmask to hide his identity from Mister Barrel and his father.

- Used to be a bully in the military camp, also used to be in a friend group with Sean, Armitage, and Bullseye.

- A lot smarter than his friends, though he tries to defy his karma.

- He likes goldfish crackers ✨

- BELI∀L Ignis and Elenoa Ignite are his parents.

- He used to have a close relationship with Sean, most likely best friends.

Headcanons

- Barely speaks at all unless he's with someone he knows or trusts.

- Tries to avoid Mister Barrel at all costs, but feels extremely guilty for bullying him so badly when they were younger.

- Sleep deprived and a bit of a workaholic-

- Hates his old friends and wants nothing to do with them.

- May be ticklish.. (Go for his stomach, hips or palms :33)

- A bit uncomfortable with taking off his gasmask in public- Worries Mister Barrel or his father will see him and realize who he is.

- She gets quite emotional at times, and cries a lot.

- Speaking of her children, she is extremely protective over them. Abbie is her oldest and Chip is her youngest. Zip is the middle child.

*He had been hiding his appearance from the security guard for a reason... So he wouldn't realize who he was. When they were younger, Benedict bullied Daniel harshly and beat him a lot when they both used to be trainees in military camp. The more Benedict thought of his actions, the more horrible he started to feel. He felt like he couldn't hide who he was from Mister Barrel anymore... He thought he needed to know the truth. With a heavy sigh, he approached the security guard, clearing his throat.*

"Mister Barrel... Can we talk, please..?"

*He asked through his gas mask, his voice soft.*

"Oh? Of course, Mister Strontium! What is it?"

*There was a slight feeling of guilt in his heart upon seeing the guard's friendliness towards him. He knew he didn't deserve such kindness from Daniel after all he did to him, and that just made the guilt even worse.*

*He paused for a moment, wondering what he should say. He had a lot on his mind, but he decided to start with one thing.*

"There's something I've been hiding from you... Do you promise not to get too upset?"

*He asked in a somewhat nervous tone, though he tried to hide it*

*He nodded, that friendly smile still on his face. He didn't know the chemistry teacher's true identity, so he didn't think he'd have any reason to be upset. Not yet, at least*

"I don't see why I would get upset.. But what is it? I'm curious."

"Alright... Just remember, you promised to not get upset, okay?"

*He nervously and slowly removed his gasmask, revealing a familiar face to Mister Barrel.*

*He again nodded, watching as Benedict removed his mask. His expression softened as he studied his face*

"Hmm... You look.. Familiar."

*It took him a few moments before he realized... And his smile almost vanished completely*

"Wait a minute... Is that you, Benedict..?"

*His expression became solemn as he slowly nodded his head in response, confirming the security guard's question.*

"Y-Yes...It's me..."

*He softly answered, his voice almost shaking with guilt and nervousness. He saw how his smile had almost entirely disappeared after realizing who he was, which only made him feel even worse.*

*His expression changed, his usual positive and kind personality gone as he remembered everything that Benedict had done to him when they were both younger. He was beaten and bullied badly, and it hurt to think about*

"I-...It's actually you... W-What are you doing here..?"

"I... I work here. I'm the chemistry teacher..."

*He answered quietly, starting to feel even more guilty*

"I-I also wanted to... Apologize. For everything I've done..."

"Apologize.."

*He repeated to himself, his voice barely above a whisper. He was silent for a moment before speaking again, his voice almost angry*

"After all this time.. You're now deciding to apologize..?"

"Y-Yes..."

*He looked down at the ground, trying his best to hold back tears. The guilt he felt was overwhelming.*

"I should've apologized a lot sooner... I was just... A-Afraid."

*He barely even believed those words. He let out a shaking sigh, barely able to hide the visible tears that were starting to form in his own eyes*

"You were afraid, huh..? You were afraid..."

*His voice trembled softly, a bitter-sounding laugh escaping his throat*

"Don't give me that... After everything you've put me through those past few years, you were afraid to apologize..?"

*His remorse only grew more as he saw his visible tears and heard the hurt and anger in his voice. He knew it was all his fault..*

"D-Daniel, please... I-I know I was a horrible person back then, and I know I've made your life a living hell all those years ago, but please... I've changed as a person, and I'm so, so deeply sorry.. I didn't realize how badly my actions had affected you until i got older.."

*He snapped, the security guard's kind demeanor completely gone at that moment*

"How did you NOT realize!? After all those times you've hit me, beat me, and tore into me, you finally feel sympathy!?"

*Benedict's heart shattered into a million pieces as Daniel snapped at him, his voice filled with a pain that cut through the air like a knife. His words hit him hard, making him flinch and tear up as well. He didn't pay attention to anything else, his attention focused on the security guard in front of him, his guilt growing even more.*

"N-No, please... P-Please, Daniel..."

*Before he could say more, Mister Barrel grabbed him and slammed him harshly against the wall, holding him there tightly, tears still falling from his eyes*

"Y-You can't just apologize... You can't apologize a-and think it'll make everything magically okay between us... You just can't..."

*He softly said, not even trying to hold back his own tears, letting them fall freely down his face. Though he was a bit surprised that Daniel didn't make any moves to hurt or kill him.*

"But you have to understand... I've changed. And I promise you, I'll never make those same mistakes I did before.. Please, just give me a chance... Please..."
