Hi Deceit. Um...what’s your favorite thing to do to relax? I like drinking coffee (or chai tea) and reading. I wasn’t sure what to ask, and I didn’t want to bother you about the argument.

Deceit: I usually like reading with Remus, it’s very entertaining and fun. Besides I enjoy the random comments he has about the characters and what they’re doing. It helps me see more depth they have.

Maybe try talking to the other sides about it? Virgil specifically seems to be very set on you being a bad person. Very stubborn person, really.

Deceit: Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to talk about it with them. And as soon as the weeks are over I’m telling them. But I have no way to contact them when locked in the dark side of the mindscape. Patton and Roman are very powerful sides, breaking a lock that they combined to make will be next to impossible.

Deceit: When we are locked here no one can come in or out. We can try to break the lock, but it will be very difficult and take mass amounts of time and energy to do so. So I have decided to wait it out.

Take a nice, deep breath for me Dee. That was a lot to tell us, and I know it hurts to bring it up. It's understandable that, with all the hate in this world, you would be scared of what could happen to Thomas. A lot of people out there are scared, too. It was in no way acceptable how Virgil treated you. You're severely hurt because he wouldn't listen or give you even the slightest of chance. He shouldn't have EVER treated someone like that, especially if he didn't let you explain.

Deceit: It’s just-I....None of us are bad. None of us are evil! Virgil knows that I-I don’t know why Virgil says stuff like that...we-we are just people doing our jobs we were unfortunate enough to just have bad jobs...

Deceit: *sighs* I....I just feel so tired with everything. None of us are bad, I-I’m not evil, nor is Remus despite what it seems. He’s not bad or good, none of us are evil but we’re not good we’re...neutral...we are typically bad traits but we aren’t evil. But that doesn’t mean I’m nice...you guys get what I’m saying right?

[Minor setbacks. The first, I accidentally deleted someone I drew just recently and will have to redraw him, it shouldn’t take long but it will be a minor setback. Secondly, the next thing involving Virgils questions involves the other sides too so it will take time to draw them as well, especially since I’m still trying to get the right expressions for them so it will be a small while till I answer questions about Virgil or the other ‘light’ sides]

Remus: It’s kinda obvious about who my favorite side is! It’s my wonderful double D!!! Dee is wonderful and so nice! Sure I don’t listen to him but that’s only because his plans are so boring! But he’s still so nice!

Remus: Now, my least favorite side would have been Logan or Roman. But now, it has changed to Virgi and Patton. My Dee trusted them, trusted Patton but what did he do? Lock him up here. And Virgil? He hurt him in more ways than one. He hurt my Dee, my special double D....I’m never forgiving them.

Deceit: I bet you’re using this to have someone to ship me with. But I’ll answer anyways. Patton used to be my favorite but..with what’s happened it’s changed. And surprisingly it kinda shifted to Remus. I know it’s weird but he’s not that bad once you spend time with him

Dee, that doesn't justify it! He can't just beat you up when he feels cornered, or when he gets upset because of some questions. Why is he that upset about those questions anyway? If what you're saying is true y'all just were friends back then :/ What happened when he still was a dark side that made him so,,,, hostile and touchy to that subject???

Deceit: What happened was..back then when Thomas was still figuring out himself...we came to realize he wasn’t like other boys, liking girls or flirting with them..he was liking other boys. And it scared me, because we see all these people get hurt because boys like other boys..

Deceit: And so I did what I thought was right...I had him lie to everyone about it. Even himself. I didn’t know what else to do! I was so scared of what would happen. Virgil was as scared as me but he hated what I was doing. We always fought about it. I said things I never meant in the moment and he would storm off...

Deceit: I know I was hurting thomas but what else could I do?! I had to protect him from everyone else in the only way I knew how! We didn’t know who we could or couldn’t trust...and when he kept finding things that he likes that people weren’t...happy about I...I will admit I was over doing it but...

Deceit: I only was trying to protect him, I never wanted to hurt Virgil or push him away! I just wanted to help him! I know now that I was hurting him, I hurt him a lot but what else could we have done?! But...I think it just..he saw me doing what I was doing and saw it was hurting thomas and...and just refused to listen to me explain. A while after he shut us out and locked us in the dark side of the mindscape

Virgil: Well my favorite has to be rock, I feel it’s kinda obvious but my close second is alternative. Really good music.

Deceit: Yeah more than one. I mean, a fight kinda doesn’t stop at one punch. And I did try, Roman kept thinking I was lying and Patton kept thinking up new ways of defending Virgil.

Deceit: No he hasn’t done this before, but this was the first time I’ve ever interrogated him. And he is fight or flight still so...
